Worldbox and KangaROOS decided to pay a special tribute to that sole human construction with the Coil R1 “City Lights”.
All over the world, in every country, in every single region, there are cities. Seen from space, or walking in and around them, cities have a unique and single vibe.
And that special feeling is there, always, whether in Berlin, Warsaw, New York, Lisbon or Hong Kong. Cities have a forever distinct appearance and vibrant life.
The Coil R1 was one of the first models created by KangaROOS, and that was precisely one of the reasons why Warsaw-based Worldbox decided to select the model.
The Coil R1 “City Lights” features a unique combination of Black suede and mesh with Dark Orange detailing appearing on the KangaROOS branding on the side panels.
Each shoe also features a series of cross colored lines, celebrating the striking night lights flashes of each of their cities. The Dark Orange leather lining and the responsive DynaCoil sole complete the look.
Look for the Worldbox x KangaROOS Coil R1 “City Lights” to release on May 26th at Worldbox, both in-store and online. It will be followed by a wider release at select worldwide retailers.
