The GT Future draws inspiration from early 2000s basketball sneakers, featuring a one-piece molded upper similar to the Foamposite line. The sleek ankle collar, reminiscent of the Zoom Hyperflight, adds a futuristic touch. This design merges heritage aesthetics with modern performance enhancements, making it a standout in Nike’s basketball lineup. The red-orange reflective upper, worn by Wale, creates a bold statement, glowing under direct light.

Designed under the creative direction of Nike Basketball veteran Frank Cooke, the GT Future incorporates cutting-edge materials to redefine high-performance basketball footwear. The shoe is engineered for speed, support, and durability, catering to today’s elite athletes.

Nike GT Future Release Date

The Nike GT Future will launch in Fall 2025 at select Nike Basketball retailers, online, and on Nike.com. The retail price is set at $190 USD.
