Nike continues to build towards a marquee All-Star moment, with Victor Wembanyama widely expected to make his PE debut during NBA All-Star Weekend. The Victor Wembanyama x Nike GT Cut 4 “All-Star” pays homage to that moment, unifying performance engineering with a distinct look.
The upper leans into contrast. A soft, rainbow-like iridescent shell wraps the lateral side and heel, while metallic bronze armor defines the medial panel. That split finish gives the shoe movement even when standing still, a smart choice for a player whose game already bends expectations. Alien iconography near the heel reinforces Wembanyama’s growing off-court branding without feeling forced.
Details remain deliberate. A mini Swoosh lands near the toe, offset lacing sharpens the futuristic profile, and brown suede on the tongue tempers the gloss. Compared to earlier GT Cut PEs, this version feels more sculptural, leaning closer to wearable concept design than standard team footwear.
Historically, Nike has used All-Star PEs to preview future design language, and this pair follows that lineage. The GT Cut 4 continues serving as Nike Basketball’s experimental canvas.
The Victor Wembanyama x Nike GT Cut 4 “All-Star” is expected to release February 2026 during NBA All-Star Weekend at Nike Basketball retailers and Nike.com.
