Victor Cruz has confirmed that his first signature shoe, the Nike Air Cruz will make its retail debut this Fall 2015.
Following reports that started in May, the New York Giants’ Wide Receiver broke the news on Showtime’s 60 Minutes Sports during a report on sneakerheads – and we all know Cruz is one of the league’s biggest sneakerheads.
While there has yet to be any pictures, the shoe will be dubbed ‘Air Cruz,’ and will be a Nike Sportswear Trainer, similar to the Nike Air Trainer 1 minus the shoe’s traditional strap.
This is exciting news having the fact that Victor Cruz is a big sneakerhead, so you know he’ll be hands on every part of the project. Hopefully, the Nike Air Cruz will last longer than the Nike Zoom Revis.

UPDATE: According to @baltsneakershow, the first Nike Air Cruz will features a Black leather build, with Grey safari print detailing. A shoe to compare it to is the Air Jordan 3 “Black Cement” colorway.
There is also an upcoming New York Giants inspired pair, done with a Royal Blue suede and Red accents.
