Chris Gibbs’ Union LA is returning with another Air Jordan 1 collaboration, following up on the brand’s 2018 Air Jordan 1 release. This time, Union LA blends elements of the “Chicago” and “Shadow” colorways, creating a bold, stitched-together aesthetic. Officially dubbed “I’m Back”, the sneaker will release exclusively on February 27, 2025 via UnionJordan2025.com at 8 AM PST / 11 PM EST.

How To Buy

Union Los Angeles is releasing the shoes through a raffle system. Winners will receive an email from [email protected] with a checkout link for their selected size. However, winning the raffle does not guarantee a purchase—customers must complete checkout and provide payment details to secure their order. Winners have three hours to finalize their purchase; otherwise, the invoice will be voided.

Design & Inspiration

The Union LA x Air Jordan 1 “I’m Back” maintains the mismatched, hand-sewn aesthetic that made the 2018 release a fan-favorite. This iteration combines Chicago Red overlays with Shadow Grey accents, stitched together with contrast blue threading. The aged midsole, exposed foam tongue, and double-layered Swoosh reinforce Union’s signature deconstructed look.

Unlike its predecessor, this release will be Union-exclusive and will not be available at other retailers.
