But for us night owls, enjoying the outdoors isn’t a walk in the park, but rather a walk in the dark. Yes, we prefer our dates with Mother Nature in the wee hours of the night. Because with the solitude of a moonlit stroll is the dark serenity that comes with taking in a midnight bloom.
Utilizing the classic runner silhouette of Asics Gel Lyel V model, the shoe is a mix of premium materials to balance the light and dark hues. Soft suede, premium leather, and comfy nylon make for a supportive upper, while the neoprene inner sleeve provides a cushy fit.
A soft pink midsole and inner lining signifies new blooms, held by the earthy branch brown panels. Navy nubuck mimicks dark night skies, while the soft-lit white suede and nylon on the upper reflects the moon.
Yellow Asics tongue stitching and leather outlines provide just enough warmth and energy, while 3M paneling on the back heel offers some additional radiance. For variety, this Gel Lyte V comes with navy, cream and yellow laces.
