Who gave Tyler, The Creator the keys to the Converse vault? Whoever it was—thank you.

The Tyler The Creator Converse 1908 Archives collection dives headfirst into retro nostalgia and resurfaces with some serious drip. Tyler dug into Converse’s time capsule and gave two silhouettes—the 1976 Coach Jogger and the 1971 Naut-1—a much-needed GOLF le FLEUR* makeover. Spoiler: it’s anything but subtle.

First up, the Coach Jogger. Once made for Olympic hopefuls, now made for flexing on sidewalks. It returns in suede and nylon, complete with that old-school wedge sole. Available in green, blue, or brown—because choosing just one color would be too easy, right?

Next, the Naut-1 makes its comeback with five unique takes, including floral prints, dog graphics, and circus-level green stripes. It’s boat-ready, sidewalk-steady, and includes rope laces because… obviously. You’ll look like you captain yachts on weekends—even if you can’t swim.

The Tyler The Creator Converse 1908 Archives Collection officially drops June 20, 2025 via Converse.com and select retailers. However, those lucky enough to be in L.A. can cop early at the 1908 Pop-Up on June 12th. Bring a tote bag. You’ll need it.

So yes, Tyler brought vintage kicks back from the dead—and dressed them like they’re ready for Paris Fashion Week.
