Travis Scott x Fragment x Jordan Brand Launch “Hijacked” Tokyo Bay Event On November 7th

Published on

The Travis Scott x Fragment x Air Jordan 1 Low story continues in Tokyo. This new chapter kicks off with a one-night event titled “Hijacked: A Tokyo Bay Takeover”, happening November 7th, 2025 at Yokohama Hammerhead. It’s billed as an immersive celebration hosted by Jordan Brand, Cactus Jack, and Fragment, and yes — it’s Tokyo exclusive.

This isn’t just a drop moment. It’s an experience. The brands are building a world where sneaker culture meets sound, design, and motion. Expect a CarService runway, live art from Ryota Daimon, and DJ sets from SAMO, RYOTA, and U-LEE. A performance by NENE and surprise guests is set for later in the night. The kind of “you had to be there” moment Travis loves staging.

Entry is extremely limited. Only Japan-based participants aged 18+ with a Nike confirmation email even get a chance. And even then, registration doesn’t guarantee entry. That scarcity — intentional. That’s the detail sneakerheads will notice.

The shoe itself sticks close to the white, black, and royal blueprint fans associate with the original 2021 pair, but the materials and blocking feel more aged, more lived-in. It looks like something pulled from a road-worn flight case, not a stock shelf.

A wider release is expected shortly after — likely November 8th (or possibly the 12th) aligning with Travis’ Circus Maximus tour stop in Tokyo. But nothing is confirmed yet.

Until then, the hype machine runs offshore — literally — in Tokyo Bay.
