To commemorate the latest series of TEDx Talks, TEDxPortland and Nike designed a special edition pair of Air Trainer 1s for the occasion.

Staying true to its OG build, the shoe features a White perforated leather upper, Grey suede overlays, and Black leather on the heel and forefoot. Additional details includes Red accents, TEDxPortland logos on each tongue tag, “SPREAD” and “IDEAS” stitched in Black on the ankle collars, dots stampede on the heel that nods to the theme of “connecting the dots,” completed with special insoles.

If you weren’t at the event over the weekend, you won’t be able to purchase this special-ediiton pair, but you can check out the additional photos below.

UPDATE: To celebrate its 10-Year Anniversary, TEDxPortland will be auctioning 20 pairs of the Nike Air Trainer 1, will all proceeds going towards the organization’s 2020 scholarship fund, covering the cost of student tickets to next year’s event.

Only 200 pairs were made, while 20 pairs are currently available via eBay auction.
