Supreme and Vans are teaming up once again later this season to release an upcoming “Blood and Semen” Pack that consists of the Vans Old Skool, Chukka and Sk8-Hi silhouettes.

Each model comes in a “Blood and Semen” motif that was designed by artist Andres Serrano, who’s known for working with heavy metal bands Metallica and Godflesh.
