Going back more than 30 years, the connection between Larry Clark and Supreme has roots in New York’s downtown skate scene. That connection is back in focus for Fall 2026, with Supreme using both archival work from the photographer and filmmaker along with a new set of photos made for the collection.

Much of the history between the two runs through Kids, Clark’s 1995 directorial debut. Justin Pierce and Harold Hunter starred in the film while also riding for Supreme’s original Lafayette Street shop. The movie grew out of the same downtown skate scene and group of young New Yorkers surrounding the store, putting Clark close to Supreme from its earliest days.

Photography from Clark’s 1971 book Tulsa makes up a major part of the new collection. The book followed his friends in Tulsa, Oklahoma, over a period stretching from 1962 to 1971. Its well-known cover image of Billy Mann sitting shirtless and cross-legged with a handgun returns here, appearing across clothing and a Supreme bean bag chair.

Gabbriette is the subject of another group of photographs Clark shot specifically for Supreme. One of those images lands on a skateboard deck, while additional photos are collected in a 48-page zine made for the project.

Clothing includes a Hooded Varsity Jacket, long-sleeve top, Hooded Sweatshirt, and two T-Shirts carrying Clark’s photography and Supreme graphics. The accompanying lookbook also connects different eras of the partnership, bringing Clark together with Kids actor Leo Fitzpatrick and pro skater Troy Gipson.

The Supreme x Larry Clark Fall 2026 collection releases September 3rd at Supreme stores and online through Supreme.
