Supreme and Dr. Martens reunite for a new 1461 trio built around a sharp “Skull” theme.

The pack features red, blue, and black pairs, each covered in smooth leather and marked with a bold skull graphic. The artwork gives the classic shoe a fresh edge that still feels true to Supreme’s past collaborations.

Each pair includes a debossed Supreme box logo on the heel and co-branded insoles. The AirWair cushion sole keeps the traditional Dr. Martens feel that fans expect.
