Two suburban Montreal brothers, Roody Lee and Thierry Mofo, have filed a lawsuit against eBay over an unsold pair of “Galaxy” Nike Air Foamposite One. After waiting in line for hours before the launch of the “Galaxy” Foamposite, both brothers decided to put their valuable sneakers on eBay which reached $96,750 dollars before eBay removed the auction.
