Sneaker Talk: Nike Huarache Free 2012 “Black History Month”

The Nike Huarache Free 2012 “Black History Month” was part of the Nike Basketball 2012 Black History Month Collection. The Nike Huarache Free 2012 “BHM” edition was released on Saturday, February 11th at select Nike retailers and retailed for $100 USD.

This Nike Huarache Free 2012 “Black History Month” feature an African art motif throughout the upper, including the neoprene sock liner, laces, and tongue. The other features to the shoe included a Midnight Fog and Black overlay that went perfectly with the all-Black Nike Free sole unit.

With the recent Nike Basketball 2015 “Black History Month” debuting earlier last month, we take a closer look at one of the better possibly overslept BHM releases from back in 2012.

How many of you were able to scoop these up when they first debuted? For those that didn’t, do you wish you would have, or do you wish Nike would bring these back as a retro release? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
