Sneaker Talk: Air Jordan 3 “Black Flip”

The Air Jordan 3 Black Flip was released on December 3rd, 2011 and retailed for $175 USD. This “Flip” edition of the Air Jordan 3 was the second silhouette to release that was dressed in a full Black upper with Metallic Silver detailing. The “Black Flip” Air Jordan 3 featured a full Black elephant print base with pebbled leather on the heel, finished with premium leather lining and a perforated leather collar. Other features included a Grey outsole and Metallic Silver Jumpman branding.

Sometimes all-Black releases are at-times overlooked, but the Air Jordan 3 Black Flip definitely caused an uproar when released in 2011. How many of you were able to pick these up in 2011?
