Curry’s split from UA has fans wondering a very valid question. Should Steph Curry sign with Nike now that he’s a sneaker free agent? It’s an interesting thought, given that the catalyst for Curry’s departure came from a disastrous pitch meeting where Nike undervalued Curry.
The UA entrance then gave Curry a better deal, and we all know how that story played out. But now things have shifted again. Curry Brand needs a new manufacturing partner, and a Nike reunion isn’t as far-fetched as it once seemed. Still, it would be wild to see him back at the Swoosh after a decade of defining his legacy elsewhere.

A full Curry signature line at Nike would’ve been one of the great “what-ifs,” especially with how stacked today’s Nike roster is. It’s a fun conversation to revisit.
