Sage Elsesser and Converse return, this time with a slimmer, skater-built update.

The black leather–suede blend looks rugged and refined. Stitched Star Chevron logos break it up, and reflective stitching pops on late-night lines. A nylon tongue is light and breathable.

Plus, there’s legacy to consider. Originally an ’80s hoops silhouette, the Fastbreak’s stable cupsole was adopted by skaters. Elsesser’s version pays homage to the sneaker’s court-to-curb past with a semi-translucent icy outsole and “SE” insole logos. It’s low-key, but quietly luxe—just the way Sage rolls.
