Pharrell Williams and adidas are adding a brown-and-yellow colorway to the VIRGINIA Adistar Jellyfish lineup. First seen on Pharrell during Paris Fashion Week in 2025, the pair has now surfaced through official images ahead of its expected 2026 release.

The foundation is brown mesh, accented with numerous earth-toned overlays along the toe, sides, and heel. Vibrant yellow accents stand out from the darker base, showing up around the forefoot, outer cage, heel, and midsole. Black hardware and off-white supports serve to demarcate the different layers, a crucial detail given the shoe’s busy design.

Curved support pieces sweep from the top down towards the heel, giving the Jellyfish its distinct, oversized sculpted look. Reflective details, visible Torsion branding, and a substantial sole unit further enhance the technical aesthetic without pushing it into typical performance runner territory.

The tongue carries VIRGINIA branding along with the adidas logo, while more adidas branding appears at the heel. Contrast stitching and yellow trim finish that section.

Pharrell and adidas have continued to grow the VIRGINIA range with models such as the Watermoc, but the Adistar Jellyfish remains the collection’s main shoe. Its layered construction and exaggerated proportions have made it the easiest design from the partnership to recognize.

The Pharrell x adidas VIRGINIA Adistar Jellyfish “Auburn/Timber” is expected to release in September 2026 in men’s sizing for $300 through select adidas retailers and adidas.com.
