adidas and Parley for the Ocean will be teaming up to release a special-edition AM4LA that comes constructed with plastic materials.

This adidas AM4LA features 100% recycled upper, including yarns recycled from plastic collected from coastal areas before it enters the oceans. Each pair of AM4LA shoes prevents an equivalent of 11 plastic bottles from entering the oceans.

To celebrate the launch, adidas is opening up a SPEEDFACTORY Lab Experience in Santa Monica, California for the public to get a glimpse of the future of creation with the brand and find out more about SPEEDFACTORY. Inside, guests will be able to receive custom, private footscan data to learn more about their running pattern, receive individual, shareable content tied to AM4LA, and test run with the shoe through various interactive experiences.

Parley adidas AM4LA Release Date

Look for the Parley x adidas AM4LA to release on May 25th at select adidas Consortium retailers and at the adidas Santa Monica store (1337A 3rd Street Promenade). AM4LA will be available on June 2nd via adidas.com. The retail price tag is set at $200 USD.
