Nike is bringing back the Air Flight 89 in Fall 2025, and retro basketball heads are drooling over the return.
The Flight 89 originally came to life in the late ‘80s, and it was well-known for being an Air Jordan 4 cousin. The family resemblance was no accident, and sneakerheads who sought a “Jordan quality” design without a silhouette they’d seen a million times were all over the sneaker.
This new release sticks to the formula. A slick white leather upper is complemented by forest green overlays for the Swoosh, piping, midsole, and outsole. Perforations on the toe box and quarters add breathability, and the visible Air cushioning in the heel provides a modern comfort boost. The sail-tinted midsole also complements the design, and its slight aged look fits the retro mold perfectly.
The Nike Air Flight 89 “White/Green” releases Fall 2025 for $140 through Nike.com and select retailers.
Available this Fall 2025, the Nike Giannis Freak 7 “Team Bank” Pack will be offered in three clean and team-oriented colorways retailing for $115 a piece.
Retailers will have Royal Team Royal/White, Wolf Grey/White, and Navy/White to choose from. It features the streamlined low-top silhouette, sculpted midsoles, and oversized Swooshes that swoop up the back of the heel. The player’s logo is visible on the tongue. Giannis’ “Team Bank” edition is another chapter in the evolution of his personal line.
The engineered mesh uppers allow for a lightweight, breathable fit, while overlays help with stability. The midsole with its ridged pattern offers some bounce to help on drives, and translucent outsoles are accented with interesting text patterns as a reference to Antetokounmpo’s aggressive playing style.
Release Date & Where To Buy
The Nike Giannis Freak 7 “Team Bank” Pack will be available in Fall 2025 via Nike.com and selected retailers.
Nike has been putting out “Team Bank” editions to stock schools and teams for years now, so it’s a smart option for these kinds of programs.
With a future-forward design, the silhouette is crafted using metallic leather that forms the upper and a sculpted Megaride cushioning system.
In order to create slight contrast on the forefoot, the curved Three Stripes are coated in the “Grey Two” tone along with mesh detailing and ventilation on the medial side. The overall design gives the sneaker a performance and lifestyle vibe.
The metallic finish on the upper and the graphic look of the midsole gives this sneaker the feel of a modern take on adidas’ early-2000s performance models.
The adidas Predator Megaride “Silver Metallic” drops Fall 2025 at select retailers and online at adidas.com for $160.
UPDATE 8/19/25: The Air Jordan 4 “Cave Stone” has been officially unveiled with images confirming its release on September 6th. The drop will be available in full family sizing, including $215 adults, $160 grade school, $100 preschool, and $85 toddler.
Original Story:
Jordan Brand is bringing earthy fall vibes with the Air Jordan 4 “Cave Stone”, dropping Fall 2025. Highlighted by classic Nike Air branding on the heel, this retro-inspired sneaker blends muted tones with timeless design.
Covered in Cave Stone, Black, and Moon Particle, the Jordan 4 features premium suede across the upper. Its smooth brown base adds a rugged, elevated feel. Black mesh netting, plastic eyestays, and tongue tags provide contrast, while soft black lining keeps the look sleek and seasonal.
A standout feature is the Nike Air on the heel tab—rare for non-OG releases—boosting collector appeal. The look is completed with a black midsole, visible Air unit, and a slightly speckled outsole that matches the muted theme.
If the colorway feels familiar, it should. Early leaks suggested it resembles a Travis Scott x Air Jordan 4 sample that never saw retail. That makes this a great alternative for fans chasing that unreleased look.

Built with a tonal mix of white and off-white, the forthcoming sneaker has a clean look that focuses attention on its no-sew detailing. This clean look also makes the upper lightweight and streamlined for a more refined finish.
The standout element of the 2000’s design is the midsole configuration. Outfitted with bisected ABZORB pods, the cushioning system also creates contrast that naturally draws the eye while also providing all-day comfort. A black outsole on the bottom adds further contrast while providing traction and stability for daily use.
Available for Fall 2025 release, the New Balance 2000 “Sea Salt” will retail for $170 and is available at NewBalance.com and selected retailers.

ABZORB cushioning technology provides underfoot comfort and impact absorption, and the standout pod-like midsole draws attention to New Balance’s forward-thinking with a wink to early-2000s tech runners. The outsole features a mix of round and linear treads to grip a variety of surfaces.
Branding is found on the tongue, heel and outsole. “2000” detailing on the insole differentiates this pair from the rest of the line.
The New Balance 2000 “Dark Grey” releases Fall 2025 at a price of $170 USD via NewBalance.com and selected retail partners.

Snakeskin sneaker duo Austin Reaves and Rigorer have returned with another exclusive edition of the AR2, dubbed the “Snake Eyes.”
The performance-focused release once again showcases the guard’s competitive nature with a black and woven upper and reactive sole. Small AR branding and fang-inspired graphics give the sneaker tactical edge, while the heel tab hosts a snake eyes symbol that transitions from white to purple.
Rigorer has kept the interior themed as well, with bone-like snake graphics lining the insoles.
To commemorate the drop, KICKS CREW has partnered with Rigorer on a complimentary capsule collection, which includes the AR2 “Snake Eyes” and several premium accessories like a carry case, towel, and more.
The Rigorer AR2 “Snake Eyes” will drop August 23, 2025 on Rigorer.com and select retailers for $110 USD.
Metagirl, the Boston-born and Italy-based designer, is linking up with Saucony for a new spin on the Progrid Paramount. The collab is called “Daughter of the Moon”, and it feels different from her usual jeweled customs. This time the shine comes more from mood than sparkle, and that’s exactly the point.
No crystals here. Instead, lace edges the collar while a shaped heel clip pulls the design tight. Pearl tones lead the way, broken up with hits of lavender that soften the overall look. It’s clean, but still has that Metagirl signature.
The name isn’t random either. “Daughter of the Moon” pulls from Vedic ideas—pearls, water, lightning. Symbols tied to movement and change. It adds story to the shoe, and you feel it once you know the background.
The choice of model matters too. Back in the day, the Progrid Paramount sat at the top of Saucony’s running line. Right alongside the Omni 9 and the Triumph 4. Sneakerheads who ran in those years will get the callback instantly. This collab digs into that history instead of chasing trends.
No set launch yet, but the Metagirl x Saucony Paramount is expected in August 2025. With the way this project is being teased, expect it to stay on people’s watchlists until the drop.
UPDATE 8/19/25: Infinite Archives has shared another preview of its upcoming Air Jordan 17 Low collaboration. You can now sign-up HERE to receive email alerts ahead of the shoes October release.
Original Story 8/12/25:
The Infinite Archives x Air Jordan 17 Low “Beach” has finally been revealed in its retail-ready form after months of speculation. A pair of early leaks from earlier this year have since been proven to be unreleased samples that were altered from the official release, while this release fits with the anime-inspired marketing that Infinite Archives has teased out thus far, and builds the shoe’s visual language to a larger, bolder story.
Infinite Archives’ take on the AJ17 Low was influenced by the original model as well as Mike Bibby player exclusives, with the most notable feature being its multi-color outsole. The sneaker also features smooth leather toe caps, tumbled leather on the side panels, and perforated black leather on the tongue and collar. Its most defining feature is its translucent TPU midfoot cage that exposes the blow-molded Air unit, as well as a color-shifting heel clip.
The “Beach” colorway combines cream and black tones for a look that is both classic and striking. Metallic “IA” and “23” badges, embroidered Jumpman logos, and “PEEL OFF” markings on the holographic heel strip continue the AJ17’s unique design language.
Infinite Archives Air Jordan 17 Low Beach Release Date
The Infinite Archives x Air Jordan 17 Low “Beach” releases October 2025 with Infinite Archives, select retailers, and Nike.com at a retail price of $305 USD.
UPDATE 8/19/25: LeBron James has revealed two new colorways of the upcoming LeBron 23, with additional shots shared by @sober_production on IG. The sneaker is expected to launch during Holiday 2025 for $210. Stay tuned for tech specs and the official unveiling soon.
Original Story 7/28/25:
LeBron James is getting ready for his 23rd NBA season, and with that comes his new signature, the Nike LeBron 23. As usual, LeBron has already been photographed testing an all-black wear-test sample of the sneaker on the court, building anticipation for what he’s prepared to unleash this season.
The LeBron 23, first seen during an exclusive private training session, is a low-top that continues the silhouette language that was first introduced in the LeBron 20. It features a leaner, more angular silhouette with a chunkier wraparound midsole and a more streamlined forefoot. A key design element that hints at LeBron’s past and present branding is the crown-shaped wraparound midsole.
Nike has not released official tech details on the LeBron 23 yet, but we expect it to be equipped with the latest and greatest in performance tooling. It will likely feature a cushioning system that utilizes a blend of Cushlon foam and Zoom Air to provide a plush, responsive ride that is among the best in the game. These updates are an evolution of the sneaker that worked in the LeBron 21 and LeBron 20, but pushes the shoe into a bolder, more aggressive shape.
This initial drop was made available in a matte black upper with carbon fiber-inspired overlays. These overlays could be the sign of an elevated materials package for a future retail release. The outsole tread also looks specifically designed for quick, side-to-side agility as LeBron continues to reimagine how he moves within the game.
The Nike LeBron 23 is set to release in Holiday 2025 for $210 USD. More colorways and details will be revealed as we approach the sneaker’s release.

Original Story:
Nike has confirmed the release of the Tom Sachs x Nike Mars Yard 3.0, set for September 2025. This highly anticipated sneaker continues the Mars Yard series with fresh design updates. However, the collaboration has sparked mixed reactions due to past controversies surrounding Sachs.
The Mars Yard 3.0 features key performance enhancements for improved functionality. A TPU heel clip provides extra support, while a carbon fiber plate enhances stability. Nike React foam ensures superior comfort for all-day wear. The sneaker maintains its signature mesh and suede upper, complemented by a red nylon pull tab. A silkscreen-printed Swoosh adds to the exploration-inspired aesthetic. For durability, black rubber foxing reinforces the toe, and a red lace keeper refines the fit.
Nike’s decision to move forward with Sachs follows a pause in their partnership due to workplace misconduct allegations. In September 2023, Nike resumed collaboration, but the sneaker community remains divided. While some eagerly await the latest installment, others distance themselves from the brand association.

UPDATE 7/7/25: Nike and Tom Sachs have officially resumed their partnership, confirming the release of the Tom Sachs x Nike Mars Yard 3.0 in September 2025 for $275 USD. This marks the third chapter in the iconic Mars Yard series, which began over a decade ago.
To celebrate the announcement, Nike and Sachs shared a detailed 17-minute video that explores the design evolution, creative inspiration, and cultural impact of the Mars Yard line. The video highlights Sachs’ hands-on design approach and features his famous quote: “Nike Running is for runners, Nike Basketball is for basketball, and NikeCraft is for everyone else.”
Toward the end of the video, at the 16-minute mark, Sachs offers an exciting teaser — the Mars Yard 4.0 is already in the early stages of development, continuing the legacy of this boundary-pushing collaboration.
North Carolina football just got a fresh delivery from Jordan Brand. The program revealed exclusive Air Jordan 4 UNC cleats and Air Jordan 1 Low UNC cleats, both dressed in shades that Tar Heel fans know instantly.
The Air Jordan 4 Alpha Menace cleat keeps the look simple but powerful. University Blue suede covers most of the upper, with navy hits on the wings and heel tab for contrast. White laces and netting tie it all together, while the molded cleat bottom makes it clear this pair was built for Saturdays in the ACC. The color blocking feels familiar, echoing older UNC PEs that never saw retail shelves.
The Air Jordan 1 Low takes things in a different direction. A mix of smooth leather and patterned overlays gives it extra depth, while Obsidian Swooshes sharpen the look. The Air Jordan Wings logo sits on the heel as a finishing touch. It’s a little more subtle than the 4s, but no less tied to Chapel Hill pride.
Like most Jordan Brand football cleats, these aren’t heading to stores. They’re built strictly for the Tar Heels, adding another chapter to UNC’s long-running connection with MJ’s line. For sneaker fans, it’s a reminder that some of the best Carolina colorways stay on the field.
The West NYC x adidas Rod Laver “Zabar’s” brings deli culture straight into sneaker form. Zabar’s, the iconic Upper West Side shop, turns 90 this year. To celebrate, adidas and West NYC teamed up for a tribute that feels natural to the neighborhood.
The Rod Laver gets dressed in white mesh and leather, much like the aprons worn by Zabar’s staff. Bright orange accents highlight the design, instantly tying back to the store’s bold signage and packaging. If you’ve walked past the corner of Broadway and 80th, you’ll spot the reference immediately.
West NYC sits only a few blocks away, which makes the partnership feel more like a community handshake than a corporate collab. Zabar’s staff even laced up pairs for the shoot, turning the shoe into something of an unofficial uniform. That touch gives the project a sense of real local flavor.
The West NYC x adidas Rod Laver “Zabar’s” launches August 23, 2025, exclusively at West NYC in-store and online. Pricing is set at $100 in men’s sizes.
UPDATE 8/19/25: After making its on-court debut during the July Summer League, Under Armour has confirmed the Fox 2 signature sneaker will officially launch on Friday, August 22. The release will be available at UA.com and select retailers for $120.
Fox explained the design direction behind his second shoe: “With the Fox 2, I wanted to push things further while still building on the first model. This sneaker doesn’t look like anything else in the Curry Brand lineup. We reworked the Flow cushioning, updated the strap, and added details that make it stand out both on and off the court. It’s been a fun process, and I think fans are going to love the result.”
Original Story 7/11/25:
The Curry Fox 2 continues the momentum from De’Aaron Fox’s debut sneaker with Curry Brand. As the first non-Stephen Curry signature model, the Fox line marks a bold direction for the brand.
This second version keeps the familiar low-top shape but introduces fresh updates. A more sculpted heel counter, enhanced wave midsole, and a reimagined strap system offer improved performance and style. The new strap design steps away from the fox-tail inspiration of the first shoe.
Branding elements are placed with intent. The Curry Brand logo appears on the TPU heel, while “Curry” is stitched onto the tongue. De’Aaron Fox’s personal logo is centered on the midfoot strap, adding a personal touch to the performance silhouette.
Fox was spotted wearing the all-teal colorway courtside during a Spurs preseason game. The colorway stood out thanks to its tonal finish and dynamic midsole lines.
Curry Fox 2 Release Date
Retailing for $120, the Fox 2 will officially release on Friday, August 22, on UA.com and select Under Armour retailers.
