Back in 2019, Nike released their “Schematic” collection headlined by the Air Max 1. For 2021, Jordan Brand will be bringing back the theme on this upcoming kids’ Air Jordan 1 Mid.

This offering of the mid-top Air Jordan 1 features a White leather base detailed with Black etchings throughout reading fixtures like the toe, collar, quarter, Swoosh, and cupsole. Outline Swooshes and Jumpman logos atop a White midsole and Black rubber outsole completes the design.

In addition to the Air Jordan 8, Rui Hachimura of the Washington Wizards will also be releasing his own colorway of the Series 01.

Dressed in a Black, Gym Red, and Sesame color scheme. This offering of the Jordan Series 01 comes constructed in a mix of materials detailed with Rui’s personal logo is displayed on the tongues and insoles. Additional details includes Japanese characters behind the tongue with “Dear Rui” printed on the lateral. An aged-like midsole atop a Red rubber outsole completes the design.

Nike Sportswear’s latest iteration of the Blazer Mid, the Blazer Mid ’77 Jumbo, will be releasing in a new “Floral” colorway.

This Nike Blazer Mid features a White base constructed in a mix of leather with suede at the toe along with a sock-like collar. The floral theme is displayed on the Black oversized “Jumbo” Swooshes, tongues, and insoles that are detailed with sunflower graphics. A White midsole atop a Yellow rubber outsole completes the design.

Dressed in more traditional Jordan Brand color blocking. The Air Jordan 36 features minimal but durable Jacquard Leno-Weave upper reinforced with a TPU ribbon. It also comes equipped with a full-length Zoom Air Strobel unit stitched directly to the upper, stacked with a Zoom Air unit underneath the forefoot, providing a sensation of energy return and elite responsiveness.

Nike Recalls “The One Line” Sneakers With The Air Force 1 “NAI-KE”

40 years ago, Nike and the Chinese factory jointly launched a pair of sneakers called “The One Line”. It was the first time Nike and a Chinese factory cooperated to produce a test shoe model, which represented the historic cooperation between the two parties. One step. The side of the shoe uses a White iconic stripe design, which replaces the Nike Swoosh logo.

Today, the Nike Air Force 1 follows the traditional design of “The One Line”, adding a White iconic stripe design inspired by the same inspiration to the Grey suede leather upper; in addition, the tongue interior has a special slogan “Elevating Inner Peace Through Sports” (meaning sports to make the heart more peaceful), and the word “Nike” dotted on the heel, aims to celebrate Nike’s deep tradition in China.

Following news that Kyrie Irving called his upcoming signature shoe, the Nike Kyrie 8, “trash” in the comment section of an Instagram leak. He has since backed off from his statement and claims he’s working with Nike to restructure the shoe, but it looks doubtful for any big changes to happen before the start of the 2021-2022 season.

Therefore, we’re left to accept this current version of the Kyrie 8 unless Nike Basketball plans to design an Elite-version of the shoe in-time for the playoff season.

The build itself resembles the Kyrie 6 along with other past Nike Kyrie designs. It comes constructed in a mix of mesh, leather, and suede materials along with iridescent details. Finishing off the design are Kyrie logos appearing on the tongue, heels, and rubber outsole, while the left tongue features a “Fire and Ice” motif possibly nodding to Kyrie’s game.

Nike Basketball reveals a new LeBron 19 that possibly nods to the Minneapolis Lakers uniforms from the 50s with its University Blue and Gold outsole.

This offering of the Nike LeBron 19 comes crafted in a synthetic textile upper with molded TPU overlays along the midfoot and heel. Contrasting accents throughout including King James’ crown logo atop the tongue, and integrated Flywire cables that deliver a locked-in fit. Michael Jordan’s favorite Air Jordan silhouette, the Air Jordan 1, has seen several popular makeovers of the years, including both the “Black Toe” and “SBB” releases.

Overshadowed by other original colorways like “Bred”, “Chicago” and “Royal”, the Air Jordan 1 “Black Toe” is no less important when it comes to history of the legendary shoe. Michael Jordan wore the shoe during his rookie season that came dressed in a similar color blocking to the “Chicago” colorway, but takes away some of the Red from the upper in favor of Black on the eyestay and toe panels.

Originally debuted in 2015, the “SBB” aka “Shattered Backboard” Air Jordan 1 was inspired by an exhibition game Michael participated in back in 1985 in Trieste, Italy where he broke the glass backboard after a dunk.

Sneaker Talk: Nike Air Foamposite Pro “HOH Pearl”

The Nike Air Foamposite Pro “HOH Pearl” was released exclusively at Foot Locker’s House of Hoops in limited quantities in May 2009.

Back in 1998, Ray Allen wore the original “Pearl” colorway of the Nike Air Foamposite Pro in the “He Got Game” film.

The House of Hoops version was the first time the colorway re-released. It features a Pearl Foam shell with a Black jeweled Swoosh on the sides, Black synthetic nubuck along the eyelets, collar, and heel. A White Swoosh with Red outlining is embroidered on the back of the shoe replacing the “1-Cent” logo found on the Air Foamposite One. A small White embroidered Swoosh on the forefoot with signature carbon fiber midfoot plate atop a translucent outsole completes the design.
