Much like the recently previewed Air Jordan 1 Centre Court, Nike will also be releasing an upcoming Dunk Low that comes with loose threads.

This offering of the Nike Dunk Low is much more decorative as it features embroidered patterns throughout its upper. It comes constructed in a mix of recycled materials such as ribbed corduroy on the Swooshes, lace collars, and heels as well as the rest of the shoe done in denim twill and suede. Chicago retailer Notre has teamed up with Vans once again to release their latest Vans Vault OG Style 36 LX “Best Served Together” collection.

This release features three colorways of the OG Style 36 LX (Old Skool with an OG build), with each colorway inspired after a popular café drink. Espresso and matcha are represented through a tonal Brown and Green colorway, respectively, while the Grey and Blue makeup represents tea. Each pair replaces the traditional Vans Sidestripe logo on the lateral side with Notre’s handshake motif.

To release alongside the Dunk Low, Nike will also be releasing a “Year of the Tiger” Dunk High celebrating 2022 Chinese New Year.

This offering of the Nike Dunk High features a Black and Grey suede base with traditional Chinese textile print on the Swoosh and ankle flap. Other details includes tiger stripes stitched on the heels, mini Golden Swoosh on the forefoot, satin liners, and Chinese characters on the toe boxes that read, “辟邪” (“ward off evil”) on the right shoe and “招财” (good fortune) on the left. The tongue features a flap with embroidery as well as a trio of Gold ingots underneath, which are symbols of prosperity and wealth. A White midsole atop an Orange translucent outsole covered in Black spots nodding to the tiger completes the design.
