Nike steers clear of typical holiday color references with the Nike Air Max 90 “Valentine’s Day”. A more subdued take on the occasion, the sneaker is offered up in black.

Textured suede and patterned textile sections make up the upper with a subtle heart-pattern that becomes more apparent on closer inspection. Smooth leather detail on the mudguard maintains a recognizable look for the Air Max 90.

Branding stays intentionally quiet. The Valentine’s theme appears only inside, marked by pink heart graphics on the insoles. A fully black midsole and outsole, including the Air unit, maintain a clean profile. A red colorway is expected to follow, offering contrast later.

Originally dropped in July of 2021, this pair pays homage to Paris’ iconic streetball tournament held each summer, Quai 54. As much a celebration of basketball as it is music and fashion, Quai 54 itself is identity-first. The Nike Kobe 8 Protro “Year of the Horse” is set to return in Spring 2026. First seen back in 2014 as part of the Nike Chinese Zodiac Collection, this loud and classic colorway has finally been chosen to get its long-awaited return. Equipped with updated Protro tech as well as symbolic details, the Nike Kobe 8 Protro “Year of the Horse” pays homage to Kobe Bryant’s memory as well as Lunar New Year festivities.

Adorned in a Light Crimson upper, Bright Citron on the laces, and contrasting Swooshes, this sneaker is anything but understated. To complete the look, a translucent Vivid Blue outsole provides a nice pop of contrast on the underside. On the insole, the sneaker features a small hidden horse emblem on the tongue. A subtle yet symbolic nod to fans aware of Kobe’s connection to the zodiac.

As with the rest of the Kobe Protro line, this edition will be built with performance in mind. Look for updated cushioning and a lighter take on the classic, allowing the Kobe 8 Protro to take to the court while remaining a stylish option off it. In keeping with the rest of the pack, the bold colorway reflects the energy and dynamism typically associated with the Chinese New Year of the Horse.

Nike ACG doesn’t rush its trail line, and the Nike ACG Ultrafly Trail proves that patience still matters. This update isn’t about changing everything. It’s about fixing what runners actually feel after miles on rough ground. That kind of thinking has always been part of ACG’s DNA.

The Ultrafly Trail now uses a more open, breathable upper and a Flyplate that flexes instead of feeling rigid. ZoomX cushioning stays for speed and rebound, while Vibram keeps its grip underfoot. It’s also 13 grams lighter, with a slightly lower stack, yet the 8.5mm drop remains the same.
