Marquette Gets Their Own Air Jordan 1 Low OG PE

The Marquette Golden Eagles are the latest school to receive their own Air Jordan 1 Low OG PE (Player Exclusive) during the March Madness tournament, but before being eliminated form the tourney by Michigan State.

This offering of the Air Jordan 1 Low features a Sail leather upper and tongues with University Gold safari textured Swooshes on the sides and Navy Blue cracked leather overlays. Other details includes quilted satin liners, Marquette’s “MU” logo stamped onto the insoles, along with mini embroidered Swooshes on the lateral forefoot. A Sail middle atop a Light Gum rubber outsole completes the design.

Nike Sportswear will be putting a twist to their classic “Chicago” colorway with an upcoming Nike Dunk Low “Chicago Split” makeup for 2023.

This offering of the Nike Dunk Low comes constructed in a full leather build with mesh tongues. It features a White base with Red overlays atop a Sail midsole. Its split design is applied to the tongue tags, Swooshes, and rubber outsole. The shoe will also come with extra set of laces.

Nike Dunk Low “Oregon Ducks” PE Designed by Tinker Hatfield

The Nike and University of Oregon connection remains undefeated. Nike co-founder and chairman Phil Knight, an Oregon alum, ensures the Ducks’ athletic department receives nothing but the best on and off the court/field.

Back in 2022, Division Street, a sport venture company founded by prominent University of Oregon supporters including Phil Knight, announced the launch of “Ducks of a Feather” — a new online NFT platform to empower University of Oregon student-athletes and connect them to fans, boosters and collectors. The collection was called, Flying Formations, and kicked off with 120 pairs of Duck-inspired Air Max 1’s designed by Tinker Hatfield for each of the NFT owners.

For 2023, it looks like the collection will be expanded with this “Oregon Ducks” Dunk Low also designed by Tinker. This offering of the Nike Dunk Low features a Greyscale upper constructed with tumbled leather overlays and suede underlays. Other details includes Black mesh tongues, White leather Swooshes highlighted with Volt contrasting accents used on the exposed stitching and inner lining. A Multi-Color NFT Duck logo on the tongue labels with a similar design used on the insoles while having the school’s “O” insignia on the heels completes the design.

Nike Sportswear is finally getting back to releasing colorways of the iconic Cortez runner that the fans want by bringing back the classic mix of suede and nylon. Adding to its latest lineup for Spring/Summer 2023 is this new Nike Cortez “Midnight Navy” makeup.

Dressed in a two-tone Midnight Navy and White color scheme. This offering of the Nike Cortez features a full Navy base constructed with a nylon upper and suede overlays. Sean McDowell’s Air Max Plus looks to the popular light photography trend, which refers to how the light source, which can be natural or artificial, is positioned in relation to your subject, for the model’s latest colorway.

This offering of the Nike Air Max Plus features a fiery upper dressed in a mix of Red, Orange, and Yellow tones detailed with bright streaks mirroring the model’s signature TPU overlays. Off-White x Futura x Nike Dunk Lows Available at Auction

Originally debuted on the runway of Virgil Abloh’s Off-White Spring/Summer 2020 “PLASTIC” show was a the Off-White x Futura x Nike Dunk Low collaboration. Now, more than three years after their debut in Paris, the first and only public release of the limited edition sneakers is here.

The Virgil Abloh Foundation, along with Nike and Futura Laboratories are teaming up with Sothebys to exclusively auction eight pairs of the Nike Dunk Low, with proceeds benefiting The Virgil Abloh Foundation. Virgil and legendary graphic artist Futura dreamt up the shoes out of the spirit of friendship and collaboration to be distributed to a small group of friends, family, and fellow creatives.

Two colorways of the Off-White x Futura x Nike Dunk Low are being auctioned off, with one dressed in Blue/White (UNC) and the other in Orange/Blue (Syracuse). Futura’s signature graphics cover the underlays, while additional “FL” and “Futura” branding appear on the heel counter and outsole, respectively.

There will be eight total pairs of the Off-White x Futura x Nike Dunk Lows available from April 5th to April 14th at sothebys.com. The proceeds from the auction will benefit the Virgil Abloh Foundation.

Since its debut back in the early 2000s, the Jordan Nu Retro 1 Low stayed irrelevant until Jordan Brand brought them back late 2022 for the model’s 20th Anniversary. For 2023, the brand plans to keep the shoe in rotation with new colorways like this “Light Smoke Grey” makeup.

Brought back late last year to celebrate the model’s 20th Anniversary, Jordan Brand will now be adding to its latest lineup for 2023. This latest colorway nods to both the popular “Thunder” and “Lightning” Jordan 4s.

Originally released back in 1989, the ZX 8000 has now become a classic for the brand with the Three Stripes. The model has gain so much popularity that Gucci has recently added them to their latest 2023 lineup. The Queens rapper, Action Bronson, and the Boston-based sportswear brand, New Balance, have teamed up to release a collaborative take on the 990v6.

Dressed in a Multi-Color blocking. The rapper describes the innovative shoe as a synergy of colors representing the ocean, the earth, and the sky. This offering of the Action Bronson x New Balance 990v6 comes constructed in a mix of mesh, leather, and suede materials. Salomon XT-6 “10th Anniversary” Releases March 28th

To celebrate the 10th Anniversary of Salomon debuting the XT-6 silhouette, the band will be releasing a special edition all-Red colorway that will be limited to 804 individually numbered pairs.

This offering of the Salomon XT-6 “10th Anniversary” was designed to mirror the original 2013 release and was designed with the model’s original designer, Benjamin Grenet. It features an all-Red upper with White contrasting accents on the heel counter. An Agile Chassis System underfoot, EnergyCell midsole, and Mud Contagrip outsole completes the design.

“During all the performance life of the shoe, there were only two colorways, one for the soft ground, one for the hard ground” Grenet said. “When we proposed this shoe in the Sportstyle range, everything was possible. You free the same design, you transform it and propose a new vision, to magnify it and propose it in a totally different way.”

Established in 2007, Taiwan’s Invincible has teamed up with DayZ, a clothing store in Tokyo, Japan, as well as adidas Originals to release a tweed iteration of the Campus silhouette.

This offering of the Invincible x DayZ x adidas Campus nods to fashion culture in Tokyo, while taking inspiration from bespoke tweed, which first weaved its way into Japanese culture during the American occupation post-war. It features a full tweed upper with Black leather Three Stripes and heel tabs. A Cream White rubber sole with three extra set of laces completes the design. The shoes will also come housed in special packaging.
