Nike Kobe 4 Protro “Draft Day” Pack Turns Kobe’s 1996 Journey Into A Blind Box Release

Nike is taking a very different route with the Kobe 4 Protro “Draft Day” Pack, turning Kobe Bryant’s 1996 draft story into a blind-box release built around the teams that passed on him. Instead of revisiting the familiar Charlotte Hornets-inspired look, the collection expands the idea across all 13 lottery teams from that year, with one final pair honoring the franchise that ultimately became Kobe’s home.

Each of the first 13 colorways arrives with a mostly white wear-away upper that slowly reveals team colors underneath through use. The design speaks to Kobe’s rise from draft-night uncertainty to one of basketball’s defining careers, while stitched Swooshes, matching sockliners, and numbered lottery-ball graphics help separate each version. One pair references the Philadelphia 76ers with red and blue accents for the No. 1 overall pick, while other editions follow the remaining lottery order from 1996.

A fourteenth pair stands apart from the rest of the Kobe 4 Protro “Draft Pack” with a fully revealed purple and gold finish. The colorway represents the Lakers, the team that landed Kobe after the draft-day trade and helped shape one of the greatest careers in NBA history. Its bold look also gives the pack a clear centerpiece beyond the mystery element.

Nike will package the release as a blind-box drop, meaning buyers will not know which colorway they receive until the box is opened.

Nike Kobe 4 Protro “Draft Pack” Release Date

The Nike Kobe 4 Protro “Draft Day” Pack is expected to launch on June 26, 2026, just after the 2026 NBA Draft, making the release one of the more creative Kobe drops in recent memory.

Happy Mother’s Day To All The Moms Out There

Today is about celebrating the mothers who have always put their children first and given more than we could ever ask for. To every mom who worked multiple jobs, put in long overtime hours, or raised her children on her own, this day is especially for you.

For many of us sneakerheads, our love for sneakers started because of our mothers. Without their hard work and sacrifices, a lot of us would not have had the chance to fall in love with the sneaker game the way we did. Chances are, many of us had our moms buy us our first fresh pair of kicks, so make sure today is spent showing them some extra love.

My Story: My mom raised three boys on her own while working two jobs and putting in more than 60 hours a week. No matter the circumstances, she always found a way to make sure I could get a new pair of Air Jordans when they released. My first pair was the Air Jordan 3 “Black Cement”, and if it were not for my mom buying me that first pair of Js, I may never have developed the love I have for sneakers today. More importantly, I would not be the man I am now without her.

Sneaker Talk: Air Jordan 11 DMP “Gratitude”

The Air Jordan 11 “DMP” remains one of the most recognizable takes on Michael Jordan’s championship silhouette. First released in 2006 as part of the two-shoe Defining Moments Pack with the Air Jordan 6, the colorway returned in 2023 under a new name, the Air Jordan 11 “Gratitude”.

Inspired by the original “Concord,” the 2023 version kept the familiar white and black layout while introducing several updates. Jordan Brand replaced the original mesh upper with premium tumbled leather, added a higher patent leather cut, and used a revised tongue label. Metallic gold branding appears on the lateral Jumpman, tongue strip, and heel details, connecting the pair back to its DMP roots.

The 2006 release celebrated Michael Jordan’s first championship and first title after returning from retirement, which helped make the Defining Moments Pack one of the most memorable Jordan releases of its era. Nearly two decades later, the “Gratitude” brought the look back as a standalone launch rather than part of a pack, giving a new generation a chance to own the classic colorway.

The Air Jordan 11 “Gratitude” officially released on December 9, 2023, and remains the most recent retail version of the DMP-inspired design. Pairs can still be found through resale platforms such as StockX for those looking to add the updated release to their collection.

Nike Addresses Future Of SNKRS Amid App Team Changes

Nike is pushing back against speculation surrounding the future of SNKRS after recent internal changes raised questions about the platform’s direction. The brand confirmed that its Nike App and SNKRS engineering teams have been combined into one unified group based at Nike’s Philip H. Knight campus in Oregon.

SNKRS remains one of Nike’s most important digital platforms, even as the sneaker market continues to shift. The app helped reshape modern release culture through Draw launches, Shock Drops, exclusive access, and storytelling-driven product rollouts. However, today’s market looks different from the peak resale era, with more releases sitting longer and consumers becoming more selective.

Recent conversations around SNKRS gained more attention after reports of staffing changes and online discussion from former team members. That uncertainty also followed Nike’s decision to wind down .SWOOSH, its web3 and digital collectibles platform, adding to questions about how Nike plans to evolve its digital business.

Nike’s official statement makes clear that SNKRS is not going away. Instead, the company says the platform will continue as a key part of its digital marketplace strategy, now supported by a combined team working across the Nike App, SNKRS, Nike.com, and Nike By You.

Future plans for SNKRS include curated launches, regular product assortments, stronger storytelling, improved shopping tools, and deeper ties to in-person events. Nike also said the new structure is designed to reduce handoffs, improve efficiency, and create a smoother consumer experience.

SNKRS appears to be entering a new phase rather than reaching an endpoint. The platform may no longer operate in the same market conditions that made every major release feel impossible to get, but Nike’s statement shows the company still sees SNKRS as central to its future.

J Balvin’s Air Jordan 1 “Black” Made For Friends and Family

J Balvin’s all-black Air Jordan 1 surfaced during a private birthday celebration for his 41st birthday, giving fans a rare look at an unreleased version of his 2020 collaboration. The J Balvin Air Jordan 1 “Black” was made exclusively for Friends and Family, with only 100 pairs created.

The pair keeps the same bold design language from the original rainbow-colored J Balvin Air Jordan 1 while shifting the look into a darker, stealthier direction. Black canvas covers most of the upper, while leather appears on the Swoosh, ankle collar, and overlay areas. The jagged cut-out edges also return across the toe, heel, collar, and Swoosh, keeping Balvin’s signature playful approach intact.

Bright heel patches break up the tonal black design with a pop of color. One shoe features Balvin’s lightning-eye smiley face logo on a yellow circular badge, while the other includes a Jumpman logo in pink. The pair also features an OMERTA badge, tying the design to Balvin and Ryan Castro’s album rollout.

The timing adds more interest, especially with J Balvin and Jordan Brand expected to release an Air Jordan 4 collaboration later this year. That upcoming project has already built strong buzz, while this unreleased Air Jordan 1 adds another layer to Balvin’s creative history with the brand.

The J Balvin Air Jordan 1 “Black” will not release to the public. Limited to just 100 pairs for Friends and Family, the shoe stands as a rare alternate take on one of Jordan Brand’s most colorful collaborations.

PJ Tucker x Nike GT Future “The Better Generation” Limited To 2,000 Pairs

PJ Tucker’s run as one of basketball’s most respected sneaker collectors is moving into its next chapter with a limited Nike GT Future collaboration. Created with his Houston-based shop, The Better Generation, the project gives Tucker another rare Nike release tied directly to his personal sneaker story.

The PJ Tucker x Nike GT Future arrives in a bold pink gradient finish across its molded upper. Soft purple and silvery-blue hits appear near the base, while the sculpted design gives the shoe a futuristic feel. A holographic-style Swoosh covered with his number 17 adds extra shine across the side panels.

Personal details make this pair stand out beyond the colorway. Tucker’s PJ17 logo appears on the left insole, while The Better Generation branding lands on the right. The inner tongues include his signature and numbered detailing, confirming the pair is limited to only 2,000 units.

Tucker previously connected with Nike through an ultra-limited Air Flight 89 Low release for The Better Generation. That 2024 project was capped at just 472 pairs, making this GT Future another collector-focused drop from the longtime NBA sneaker king.

The PJ Tucker x Nike GT Future “The Better Generation” is expected to release during Summer/Fall 2026 through The Better Generation, Nike SNKRS, and select retailers. The retail price is set at $210 USD.

Nike Mind 002 “Pink Smoke” Blends Soft Red Tones With Metallic Details

Nike’s women’s exclusive Mind 002 continues to build out its early color lineup with a rich “Pink Smoke” release. The shade lands between pink and red, giving the model a raspberry-like finish that feels bold without losing its clean design language.

The Nike Mind 002 “Pink Smoke” keeps the shoe’s perforated upper fully tonal, allowing its sculpted shape and dotted texture to stand out. Metallic Silver Swooshes appear on the side panels and tongue, adding a sharp contrast against the soft red-pink base.

A wavy, column-like midsole carries the same Pink Smoke finish, creating a smooth one-color look from top to bottom. However, the tongue and laces shift into Mystic Dates, a darker maroon shade that adds depth around the collar and lace system.

Nike’s Mind line has leaned into experimental comfort and futuristic styling, and this pair keeps that direction intact. The rounded outsole pods and textured underfoot design add another layer of visual detail while giving the shoe a distinct look from standard lifestyle models.

The Nike Mind 002 “Pink Smoke” will release in Summer 2026 in women’s sizing. A retail price is set at $145 USD, with pairs expected to launch through Nike and select Nike Sportswear retailers.

“Georgetown” Air Jordan 1 TD Cleats Are Available Now

Jordan Brand brings a Georgetown-inspired look to the gridiron with the Air Jordan 1 TD Cleats “Georgetown.” Released in both Low and Mid versions, the cleats dress the classic Air Jordan 1 design in Wolf Grey, White, and College Navy. The result is a clean football-ready colorway with a strong retro feel.

The Air Jordan 1 Low TD Cleat “Georgetown” keeps things sharp with deep navy overlays across the toe, eyestays, Swoosh, heel, and collar. Wolf Grey leather lands on the toe box, side panels, and tongue, creating a balanced two-tone finish. Navy laces and a matching Jumpman logo on the tongue complete the upper, while the molded cleat plate adds the traction needed for game-day use.

The Air Jordan 1 Mid TD Cleat “Georgetown” carries the same color blocking but adds more ankle coverage. College Navy wraps the collar, heel, forefoot, Swoosh, and lace area, while Wolf Grey panels soften the look. The Wings logo near the ankle gives the Mid version a more traditional Air Jordan 1 feel, blending heritage details with a football-specific build.

Both pairs sit on cleated tooling made for the field, mixing white midsoles with dark and white traction pieces. The design keeps the lifestyle appeal of the Air Jordan 1 while adding performance features for football players.

Nike Air Force 1 Low “Vast Grey/Summit White” Gets A Soft Neutral Makeover

The Nike Air Force 1 Low “Vast Grey/Summit White” keeps things soft and clean with a neutral build made for everyday wear. Based on the images, the shoe uses a mix of smooth leather and textured textile overlays, giving the classic AF1 shape a more relaxed feel.

The upper features Summit White leather across the toe box, mid-panel, and tongue, while the Vast Grey sections appear in a soft beige-grey tone. The overlays, Swoosh, eyestays, heel panels, and heel tabs use a woven, canvas-like material with visible ribbed texture. This gives the pair a warmer, more lifestyle-driven look compared to a standard all-leather Air Force 1.

White laces, a padded white tongue, and a clean white inner lining keep the design bright. Small metal lace dubraes add a classic AF1 touch near the lower laces. Nike Air branding appears on the tongue, insoles, and heel tabs in subtle white embroidery.

Underfoot, the shoe sits on a crisp Summit White Air Force 1 midsole. A Gum Medium Brown rubber outsole completes the look, adding contrast while keeping the colorway easy to wear.

adidas Gazelle Indoor Mixes Suede and Snakeskin

Terrace sneakers continue to gain momentum, and the adidas Gazelle Indoor Suede “Snakeskin” adds a bold new look to one of adidas’ most reliable classics. Arriving in Summer 2026, the pair blends indoor football heritage with a loud reptile-inspired finish that feels ready for tournament season.

Black suede covers the base, giving the shoe a soft, familiar Gazelle Indoor feel. Royal blue snakeskin overlays then wrap the toe, eyestays, and heel, adding texture and shine without changing the model’s clean shape. The color choice gives the sneaker a sharp look, while still keeping its vintage adidas DNA intact.

Metallic gold snakeskin appears on the Three Stripes, creating a strong contrast against the black suede base. Gold “GAZELLE” branding on the lateral side adds another classic touch. Together, the blue, gold, and black palette gives this adidas Gazelle Indoor Snakeskin a supporter-ready feel, especially with global football energy building toward next summer.

A translucent gum sole finishes the design and keeps the shoe tied to its indoor court roots. The sole adds a slightly aged look, while still matching the lifestyle direction that has helped the Gazelle Indoor stay relevant across sneaker and fashion circles.

First Look At The Air Jordan 13 “Flint”

After being confirmed for a return late last year, the Air Jordan 13 “Flint” has finally emerged through a first set of retailer images ahead of its August 2026 release. The latest look shows the classic color blocking intact, bringing back the familiar mix of Navy, Flint Grey, White, and University Blue that has made this colorway one of the most beloved Air Jordan 13 styles.

Originally introduced in 1998 during the Air Jordan 13s first run, the “Flint” colorway quickly became a standout thanks to its different approach to Bulls-era Jordan styling. Instead of leaning on Chicago-inspired colors, the pair combined reflective navy mesh, Flint Grey suede, and crisp white leather for a cleaner look with strong late-’90s energy.

This 2026 edition keeps the same visual layout, pairing white leather across the toe and tongue with navy mesh overlays and grey suede wrapping the midsole and heel. While the reflective finish is not shown clearly in these retailer photos, the upper is expected to feature 3M reflective navy mesh, staying true to the model’s original identity.

University Blue accents remain minimal, appearing on the Jumpman embroidery placed on the tongue. The signature hologram jewel returns near the ankle, while white and grey midsole pods complete the classic Air Jordan 13 setup underfoot.

Bad Bunny x adidas F50 Ghost Sprint Debuts Ahead of 2026 Release

Bad Bunny’s next adidas chapter is already taking shape with the Bad Bunny x adidas F50 Ghost Sprint, a sleek low-profile sneaker expected to release in 2026. The model recently appeared in adidas’ cinematic World Cup campaign, where Benito gave fans a quick look at the upcoming silhouette.

The sneaker follows the reveal of the BadBo 1.0 signature shoe and continues Bad Bunny’s growing run with adidas. This time, the design moves away from bulkier lifestyle shapes and leans into archival running with a strong football-inspired edge. Its slim build, rounded toe, and web-like overlay give the shoe a fast, sport-driven look.

Bad Bunny was previously spotted wearing the model before details were known, making the campaign appearance feel more intentional. The “Dark Marine” colorway appears to be the pair seen on his feet, featuring a blue-toned base with light netting across the upper. Vans continues its popular “Souvenir” series with the Vans Old Skool 36 Souvenir “Oatmeal” edition, a new off-white colorway that keeps the worn-in look and charm-heavy styling intact. The line has become one of Vans’ strongest recent lifestyle stories, mixing skate heritage with a more fashion-driven finish.

The Old Skool 36 arrives with an aged Oatmeal canvas base, giving the shoe a broken-in feel straight out of the box. Matching laces, metal eyelets, leather overlays, and a distressed midsole help push the vintage look, while the black waffle outsole keeps the classic Vans setup underneath.

Multicolor bouclé detailing adds texture across the side stripe and collar area. The frayed finish gives the shoe a handcrafted feel, while stitched details throughout the upper create a worn souvenir-style effect. A mix of button charms and metal pins adds the same collectible energy that helped earlier pairs stand out.
