UPDATE 8/3/25: The Nike Air Foamposite One “Triple Black” that was originally expected to be released during Summer 2026 has now been confirmed to be the “Black/Voltage Yellow” colorway instead.

Nike is bringing back the Nike Air Foamposite Pro “Black” in Summer 2026. This sleek retro continues the Foamposite Pro comeback wave.

The pair features an all-black colorway with molded Foamposite uppers, mesh tongues, and tonal laces. Branding appears in the form of Swooshes on the toe and side.

So far, it’s unclear if Nike will opt for a translucent outsole like the 1997 version or a solid rubber sole like the 2004 retro.

However, fans of the Black Foamposite Pro will appreciate the timeless monochrome look and aggressive design. This model still stands out on the street and hardwood.

With its carbon fiber shank plate and durable shell, the Nike Foamposite Pro Black remains one of the most iconic Nike Basketball silhouettes.

Nike Foamposite Pro Black Release Date

Priced at $240 USD, the Nike Air Foamposite Pro “Black” is expected to release during Summer 2026 at select retailers and Nike.com.
