Jordan Brand is pairing retro details with modern elements for the Air Jordan 1 Low “Elephant Print”, arriving in Fall/Winter 2025.

Pulling inspiration from the iconic Air Jordan 3, the upcoming shoe features a textured grey elephant print panel layered under smooth black leather. Bright yellow accents are present on the tongue logo, insole, heel Wings logo and a small embroidered Swoosh below the toe. A unique triangular Jumpman patch with “A!R” written across it gives the classic silhouette a fresh update.

The black and grey color combination keeps the shoe feeling versatile, while the bright yellow accents give the shoe a subdued dose of energy. For long-time Jordan Brand collectors, the elephant print pattern is a throwback to Tinker Hatfield’s signature AJ3 design from 1988.

The Nike Ja 3 “Price of Admission” is the official release of Ja Morant’s third signature shoe. The energetic colorway, arriving on August 21, 2025, uses bright pink and purple tones to make a strong first impression for the Ja 3.

The upper is a contrasty combination of mesh and molded TPU overlays for a durable, lightweight construction. A texture of triangle patterns runs throughout the build, giving the sneaker a more technical feel with additional support. The Mint Foam Swoosh on both sides of the upper provides some additional pop of contrast and Morant’s personal logo adorns the tongue, insole and outsole.

Fragment Design x Nike Book 1 “Red Snakeskin” PE Limited To 2 Pairs

The Fragment Design x Nike Book 1 Red Snakeskin PE might be the rarest Booker sneaker to surface yet. Created exclusively for Devin Booker and Hiroshi Fujiwara, this player-exclusive pairs white leather with bold red snakeskin at the heel. Perforated Swooshes and an “1 of 2” text printed inside Hiroshi’s pair elevates its ultra-rare status.

Fragment’s relationship with Book 1 dates all the way back to the “Blue Snakeskin” version that Booker debuted in December 2024. This red update trades in the cool tones for high contrast in a familiar silhouette that takes the minimalist and premium details of the OG and flips it on its head.

No word on a retail release, but this collaboration is a sign of Nike Basketball potentially opening more storytelling doors with Booker and the PE world. The Nike Book 2 is slated for Spring 2026, so we could see another Fragment collaboration in the future.

For now, the Fragment Design x Nike Book 1 “Red Snakeskin” PE stays firmly out of public reach, existing only in the hands of its two intended recipients.

Due to it’s ultra rarity and the cult status of Fragment it will undoubtedly become a grail for collectors following the history of Book 1.

Pharrell Williams and adidas will release the VIRGINIA Adistar Jellyfish in a bold orange colorway on August 23rd for $300. The release is part of Pharrell’s new brand and creative initiative VIRGINIA, inspired by his home state and the opportunity to challenge design aesthetics.

The VIRGINIA Adistar Jellyfish is a new take on the adidas Adistar silhouette, blending the brand’s performance heritage with a more sculptural, lifestyle-inspired aesthetic. The overstated midsole is inspired by the gills of a jellyfish in motion, while the layered mesh, exoskeletal panels and glow-in-the-dark detailing throughout help to build depth. The branding “VIRGINIA” and “Jellyfish” also reference the creative connection with Pharrell, while elements inspired by the ocean pay homage to marine life.

The campaign image series see the shoe alongside surreal underwater scenes filled with divers, coral reefs and jellyfish in a fantasy ocean environment. Shot as though half in a dream, the photography is pulled from old school dive photography and nature documentaries to pair the shoe with a fittingly fantasy-driven and immersive visual identity.

Rendered in Wolverine’s signature yellow, black and blue color palette, the first variant for Little and Big Kids channels his comic book look. It features triangle black graphics on the sides, Wolverine Jibbitz™ charms and claw prints by the heel. Marvel and Crocs branding can be found on the heel strap and insole.

GRAMMY award-winning and multi-platinum artist SZA has been announced as the Vans Artistic Director. As a collaborator, SZA will blend her “wildly original” approach with Vans’ creative ethos in a multi-year creative role that will see her spearhead product and marketing activations.

The announcement comes as Vans continues its push for greater creativity and individuality, this time with a curator who is as “unexpectedly real and unabashedly artistic” as they come. Said SZA, “I hope to create a community that honors and uplifts joy, creative exploration, and feeling like you belong.”

One of the first campaigns from SZA during her time as Vans Artistic Director is a brand anthem film about self-development and raw authenticity. SZA dons her go-to Vans style, the Knu Skool in “Black/White” that’s been loved by skaters and urban wear culture since its original release back in 1997 as a reimagining of the classic Old Skool. The refreshed silhouette from SZA comes with a padded tongue, oversized laces and a 3D Sidestripe.

The Vans Knu Skool “Black/White” is now available at select stores and online at Vans.com. We’ll be keeping an eye out on more projects from SZA’s newly anointed role at Vans.
