Going into training camp with high expectations for the Lions, to only have to now deal with one less back. The Lions and fans were excited to have their own combination of Lighting and Thunder in the back field and now that Mikel Leshoure is down due to a torn achilles in his left leg. With in need of a running back, the Lions will hit free agency quickly, already making an offer to Ricky Williams but unfortunately he took a different route by signing with the Baltimore Ravens for a 2 year contract.
