Going under the radar, these ADIDAS Topcourt hit us with a new fast colorway of Black & Turbo. With the usage of the name Topcourt, they are made up as an old skool hooping Sneaker. They Feature a Black base leather upper with Turbo and White accents hitting the area to make these pop. Derrick Rose has build his name through his skills on the court to be worldwide. With his MVP performance last year along with his HOT signature ADIDAS line, D. Rose is doing his thing. He brings his popularity on a road to China, to participate in China’s Summer League at Guangdong Sports Stadium. With over 1,000 amazed fans along with the teams in the tournament, D. Rose Balled it up with some of the players and also handed out MVP trophies to the best top players in the tournament. Air Jordan V -Metallic Silver Release Recap

As you know, theAir Jordan 5 “Backout” dropped this past Saturday. It was a big release! You better believe that Sneaker Bar Detroit was in the trenches waiting in line for these sneakers. Sneaker Bar Detroit got to the mall at 5 a.m. to beat the crowd. We had planned to record a video of the release but the security guard would not allow video cameras in the mall (next time I am sticking it in my pocket and sneaking it in!) While waiting, we had the chance to meet some fellow SneakerHeads….shout out to Jason, John and Anthony! At 8 a.m. the doors to the mall opened. SneakerHeads were not the only people at the mall…shout out to all the mall walkers. We didn’t realize that people came to the mall to do cardio. The Footlocker manager came at 8:35 a.m. to open up and get ready. At 8:45, we each received a slip with our size on it. The moment of truth came at 9 a.m. when we had the shoes in the bag walking under the gate, while everyone else anxiously waited for their turn. Check out the pictures below.
