Converse First String Standards Dr. J Pro Leather – “Horween Pack”

On September 10th, 2011 Converse will drop these Dr.J Pro Leather – “Horween Pack.” The two pack consist of Burgundy and Black colorway. Both pair are also made up in a rich leather upper with leather laces as well. Chevron logo hits the side with Dr. J on the upper in Gold. This is probably one of our favorite collaboration from ADIDAS. The most famous mouse (Mickey) gets to be the face of these ADIDAS lines. Both pair feature a Black and Red trim to them with Mickey Logo on the side and his well known face hits the tongues. One of the coolest feature to the Super Star II are in the insole there is a Mickey running, with the ADIDAS logo on the heel. Some people develop their demeanor and swag at an early age while others are late bloomers or miss it completely. Kobe is known for his killer instinct, composure, and ice-cold veins. You see that “look” on his face every game night in and night out. Up to this point, few NBA players had that killer instinct and demeanor. Michael Jordan was well known for his killer instinct. The Sneaker Game would not be wear it is without MJ and Kobe respectively. Sneaker Heads know the process of picking up a pair of Jordan retro’s. In the same way, many players, kids wear “Air Zoom Kobe’s” to play basketball.

Day 61 of the NBA Lockout its hard to get excited about Basketball, until last night when the Melo League took place. LeBron James, Carmelo Anthony, Chris Paul and Kevin Durant all took their off season talents to participate in the Goodman League All-Star vs The Melo League Game in Baltimore, Maryland. With tons of fans there and court side seats going for $100, the NBA Stars def put on a show that has all NBA wanting basketball that much more. Durant put on a scoring clinic dropping 59 points as him and LeBron 32 points, went head to head many times. While King James was destroying the rim with his powerful dunks, he was seen debuting his Lebron 8 V2 “Graffiti.” CP3 was rocking his new CP 2’Quick, Melo Rocked his M7 Advance and KD had his Nike Zoom KD III.
