Sneaker Talk: Let’s Talk – Nike Air CB 34 “Godzilla”
Back in 2007, Nike re-released the Nike Air CB 34 “Godzilla” as part of “The Year of the Retro” from Charles Barkley’s signature shoe from 1995. The Nike Air CB 34 received the nickname “Godzilla” for its teeth-like pods on the midsole, with the Phoenix Suns color-scheme throughout. The bottom soles read “Sir Charles” which are the best feature on the entire sneaker.
Were you a fan of these back in the 90s era, or since the game has changed a bit today; do these now become more appealing than they were back then?
