Moe’s Sneaker Spot was suppose to have one of the biggest grand opening’s for their Queens, New York location today. While over hundreds of #sneakerheads lineup to cop some hard-to-get releases; riots broke out and Police was forced to shut down the release. Moe’s Sneaker Spot released this statement below. “Would like to start off by saying our sincere apologies.. We care about your safety. This morning was not the most ideal sneaker line-up at all. NYPD was unable to control or organize the crowd in a safe manner forcing us to cancel this release event. In all honesty, things could of turned out worse but no incidents reported so far.
