Nike SB Dunk Low “Skate or Die”

The Nike SB Dunk Low “Skate or Die” was designed after the classic 1987 Nintendo Skate or Die video game artwork. To those that don’t remember the classic game, it pretty much was the Tony Hawk of the 80s. Featured two ramp events, the freestyle, the downhill race, the downhill jam, and the pool joust.

The Nike SB Dunk Low “Skate or Die” features swirls, shapes and colors matching the actual 1987 cover to the video game case (seen below). Black leather hits the toe box and side panel while a vibrant Aqua Blue suede, Neon Yellow Swoosh and Orange bottom outsoles bring the shoes to life. They were only sold at select Nike SB accounts in limited quantities that came with an extra pair of laces. If you missed out on these in ’08, you can now find some size-runs available on eBay.

This weekend we the rest of the Nike Air Max Hyperposite release, and now we share a brand new colorway. Featuring a similar makeup as the “Bright Crimson” release, but with a Vibrant Blue hitting the lace tips, branding, 360-Max Air unit and outsole. Following the looks of the adidas adiZero Crazy Light 2 “Neon Green Camo” sample comes this Red/Black adidas adiPower Howard 3. adidas Basketball went with a Bulls-like makeup, maybe trying to convince Dwight to team up with his colleague D.Rose to lace-up both adiZero and adiPower on the same team. However, we now know D12 is now a Laker which we can expect to see a LA colorway come really soon. No word yet on if this pair will release, but you can pickup this sample from dballaholic on eBay.
