Asics Gel III Safari x Ninja Turtle “Michael Angelo” Custom

Fusion style customs are what legendary sneaker artist Hybrid of KLR WHALES does best. This time his canvas of choice is the Asics Gel III which he cleverly transforms into a Safari x Ninja Turtle concept!

Inspired by the split tongue and orange accents Hybrid adds two shades of turtle green, sewer black and the safari print previously featured on his last big hit the Safari Pigeon Air Force III, and the Michael Angelo Gel III comes to life. Dr. Frankenstein could take tips from Hybrids ability to seamlessly join multiple parts of concepts to create truly one-of-a-kind products. Is the KLR WHALES CEO the Dr. Frankenstein of the custom world, bringing us eclectic hit after hit? We will have to wait and see what monster custom he brings out next! Something tells us that he isn’t quite finished shocking the world.




David Price Shares His Latest Air Jordan Shipment

Originally released in 1996, the Nike Air Max Griffey 1 continues to be retroed in new colors that keep The Swingman tradition alive. Black has often been used in the Air Max Griffey 1, but has never been paired up with photo blue until now. Arguably the sleekest colorway in the Air Max Griffey 1 line, The Swingman’s latest shoe sports black nubuck and black patent leather materials mixed with photo blue accents along the midsole, branding and the lace loops. The most important addition to this colorway is the translucent outsole which has never been used on this iconic shoe. The Nike Air Max Griffey 1 “Photo Blue” is now available in stores for $150.
