Allen Iverson will officially retire from the NBA in the beginning of next season, so we decided to take a trip back memory lane and check out AI’s best crossovers. The Air Jordan 5 “Doernbecher” is less than two days from it’s official release, and now we share some new images of this special upcoming release. Designed by Isaac Arzate who passed away in April 2012. The Air Jordan 5 “Doernbecher” features several beloved aspects of Isaac’s favorite things throughout the entire model, including his jersey numbers 9 for baseball and 31 for basketball. The Air Jordan 5 “Doernbecher” is finished off with special messages along the entire upper that Isaac wrote the day before he passed away, which lights-up.
