adidas Originals EQT “The Best of adidas” Part 2

In March 1991, adidas launched adidas Equipment — a collection of shoes and sportswear that covered every discipline: from running to football to volleyball.

With new colours, a new logo and an approach to design inspired by Adi Dassler’s original approach, the collection had a simple slogan: “The best of adidas.”

Part 2 of Will Robson-Scott’s short film — created specifically for the rerelease of the cult Equipment Guidance silhouette from 1993 — continues the exploration of this project’s continuing appeal after over 20 years.

The latest releases from the Nike Air Max Lunar1 silhouette comes in this new “Deluxe” Pack. The pack features a duo of Nike Air Max Lunar1 in either Team Red or Black/Blue colorway. Both pairs features a premium tumbled leather upper, with wedged-out Lunarlon Air-infuse soles. The Nike Air Max Lunar1 “Deluxe Pack” has yet to make it to the states, but they are available overseas at retailers liker Overkill.

New Balance 574 “Pennant Pack”

The latest New Balance 574 “Pennant Pack” includes a trio of 574 silhouettes. The three colorways include a Grey/White, Navy/Red, and Red/White – all featuring the Pennant logo on the back inner tongue. Other features include the ‘574’ on the leather back heel, with a solid natural colored ‘N’ logo on each sides completed with White midsoles. The New Balance 574 “Pennant Pack” is now available at select New Balance retailers, including Renarts.

Nike Air Flight Squad PRM QS “Cement Print” Pack

The Nike Air Flight Squad silhouette takes a page from Jordan Brand by incorporating the classic Jordan “Cement” print pattern. This upcoming “Cement Print” Pack includes two Nike Air Flight Squad models in either a Black or White version with cement print overlays. The Black edition sits atop a full Black outsole, while the White pair sits atop an icy translucent outsole.

The Nike Air Flight Squad PRM QS “Cement Print” Pack is set to release on August 23, 2014 at select Nike accounts worldwide, including Culture Kings.

Whiz x mita x PUMA Trinomic XT2 Plus

The trio collaboration between Japanese label Whiz Limited, retailer mita sneakers and PUMA all hook up together to release a special edition Trinomic XT2 Plus.

The silhouette features a mixture of premium suede and mesh materials in Navy Blue, Red and Light Blue accents throughout in a gradient-faded effect. Each brand stamps their branding on the sockliner finished with a White midsole.

The Whiz x mita x PUMA Trinomic XT2 Plus is now set to release at select retailers globally on Saturday, August 23rd at locations like Foot Patrol.

Jordan Spizike GS “Dusty Cactus”

Jordan Brand is expected to release another kids-only exclusive colorway of the Jordan Spizike. This Jordan Spizike GS is dressed in a mixture of Bright Blue, Hyper Crimson, Cactus Green and Black.

Featuring a full Bright Blue-based upper, with Hyper Crimson on the Jumpman logo on the mid-tongue and plastic lace wing. Black is found on the pull tab, tongues, midsole and wings both having speckled detailing in Crimson. A Cactus Green inner liner and outsole, along with the traditional elephant print overlay finishes this new kids-only upcoming release.

X-GIRL x Reebok Insta Pump Fury

Japanese brand, X-GIRL is hooking up with Reebok to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the Insta Pump Fury with an upcoming collaboration.

This pair features a Black, Solar Green and Hot Lips colorway. Featuring a full Black-based leather upper, with a colorful splatter throughout in a Milkfed-like design and White stars detailing. A full Black Hexalite sole along with X-GIRL branding in Pink finishes off the design.

The X-GIRL x Reebok Insta Pump Fury is set to release on Saturday, August 30th at select Reebok Certified retailers.

Another OG-inspired Air Jordan 6 colorway is set to release at the end of August 2014. The Air Jordan 6 “Sport Blue” is back in a White, Sport Blue and Black color scheme – just like the way they looked twenty-three years ago.

Air Jordan 6 “Sport Blue” Colorway Details

Featuring a White-based leather upper, with Sport Blue accents hitting the lace-lock, Jumpman logo on the lower tongues, the back heel tab and midsole. Black detailing hints are found on the upper-half of the silhouette that includes the inner liner, tongues and heel tab. The “Sport Blue” Retro 6 is finished with an icy Blue translucent outsole.

The Air Jordan 6 “Sport Blue” release date is officially set for Saturday, August 30, 2014 at select Jordan Brand retailers, including Sneaker Politics. They’ll also be available in full family sizing, having the men’s retail for $170 USD.

This denim-on-denim fitting New Balance MT580 dubbed “Canadian Tuxedo” is part of the collaboration between Toronto-based boutique Capsule and New Balance.

Featuring a full denim-based upper, with washed laces, jean-style Brown tongue tag and full colored Red ‘N’ branding on each sides. A White midsole with a rubber Gum translucent outsole finishes the look.

In addition to the Capsule x New Balance MT580 “Canadian Tuxedo” releasing exclusively to Capsule, the collaboration is now set to release to additional retailers on Saturday, August 23 at Extra Butter.

The Nike Air Huarache “Love Hate” Pack release date is set for Saturday, September 20, 2014 at select Nike Sportswear retailers.

The “Love Hate” Pack features two Nike Air Huarache silhouettes dressed in either a Black/University Red or University Red/Black color scheme. They’re both built with a combination of mesh and nubuck throughout the upper that also includes: Phylon midsole, Air-Sole units in the forefoot and heel sitting atop a rubber outsole with Waffle pattern for traction and durability.

The Air Jordan 6 Slam Dunk is inspired by one of the main characters from the fictional manga and anime series Slam Dunk, Hanamichi Sakuragi. The series is based out of Japan, with Sakuragi is known as a slacker whom is a high school basketball player from Kanagawa Prefecture.

The Air Jordan 6 Retro Slam Dunk features a full Varsity Red leather base that includes flash with laser detailing showing off some of Hanamichi Sakuragi attributes. Jordan Brand is bringing back the Air Jordan 13 silhouette for their Fall 2014 lineup. One of those Air Jordan 13 releases is this “Infrared 23” colorway that is featured with 3M reflective detailing.

Dressed in a mixture of Reflective Silver, Infrared 23 and Black that includes the classic hologram on the ankle – which is made of a basketball, the number ’23’ and the Jumpman logo. This Retro 13 features a full 3M Reflective Silver-based upper with Black-nubuck and leather overlays, Infrared 23 accents on the branding logos and outsole that includes the pads like a paw and circles representing whiskers from a panther – which is what the Air Jordan 13 was inspired by.

Rumors have it that the Air Jordan 13 “Grey Toe” is set to retro in 2014 and here are the first detailed photos of the Air Jordan 13 Retro “Grey Toe” 2014 edition. The colorway first debuted in 2005 and is now looking to be making a comeback almost ten years later.

These are early looks of the release that features a White tumbled leather-based upper with what looks to have a lighter shade of Red suede and Grey leather hitting the toe box. Another difference from these and the original pair is the fully Grey-nubuck tongue, which was White on the 2005 release.

This new Air Force 1 features a full Black suede-based upper, with tonal stitching and branding hits throughout. Black also works on the textile lining, midsole and outsole.

Using the adidas online customization engine, you will be able to pick your favorite colors for the base shoe, the accents, heel patch print, tongue logo and even sign your name to the sock liner

Each mi adidas Stan Smith pair comes with two sets of laces (you choose the colors) to really make your style pop. The foundation is still Stan Smith, but the style is all your own. This is a pretty excited option as the Stan Smith is a stable in the sneaker culture.
