Air Jordan 40 “Blue Suede” Releases August 20th

Jordan Brand is stepping into new territory with the Air Jordan 40 “Blue Suede”—a flashy follow-up to “The Classic”.

Unveiled during a press preview in NYC, this edition is wrapped in smooth blue suede across the toebox and side panels. Black nubuck overlays offer contrast, while a shimmering tongue gives the sneaker extra pop. The design pulls cues from the Air Jordan 3, 5, 12, 13, and 14—yes, it’s a true legacy remix.

Beneath the style is serious performance. The Air Jordan 40 packs full-length ZoomX cushioning, paired with Zoom Strobel for added bounce. A 360-degree containment system keeps you locked in, while the outsole features 40-degree herringbone for top-tier grip.

The visible “bone line” stitching on the side nods to Jordan DNA. Even the outsole flaunts a Jumpman logo—because why not show off while flying past defenders?

Air Jordan 40 “Dusty Rose” Releases September 20th

To celebrate 40 years of Air Jordan, Jordan Brand unveiled the Air Jordan 40, revealed in three colorways, including a standout “Dusty Rose” pair set to launch in September 2025.

The color palette of this Air Jordan 40 is soft but its performance is loud. The upper is a light combination of patent and pebbled leather in a range of pink tones that look both fresh and luxurious. Black adds contrast to the laces and Jumpman logo. But it’s not all soft colours with this Jordan. It’s packed with premium tech. For the first time ever, the Jordan Brand is mixing double-stacked Zoom Strobel and ZoomX foam. This means that your step will be ultra-cushioned, no matter if you are balling or balling it out at brunch.

Tribute elements include the Nike Air branding on the heel harking back to the Air Jordan 3 and 4, while the tongue takes inspiration from the AJ5. This means this “Dusty Rose” Jordan 40 is a subtle shout out to some of the bigger beasts in Jordan history.

Andrew Reynolds x New Balance 933 Skate Shoe Returns July 21st

Andrew Reynolds has been a fixture in the skateboarding world for well over a decade, and when he arrived at New Balance in 2022, he came prepared to balance classic style and skate functionality in the New Balance Numeric program. In July 2025, his signature model—the New Balance 933—returns in two new colorways, both perfect for summer skating.

The Andrew Reynolds New Balance 933 made its debut in April 2025, mixing skate-ready toughness with a retro runner design. The first July 2025 update is a Castlerock/Vintage Indigo colorway layered in gray, navy, tan, and black suede. The second colorway is a Chocolate Brown/Black all-over finish with burnt orange highlights and a dark toned-down midsole.

The base color of each pair is built over ABZORB cushioning and a dual-compound gum outsole for impact protection and grip, whether on the board or off. Reflective “N” logos and branding on the heel keep the silhouette clean, while mesh underlays add breathability. Small Reynolds branding can be found on the tongue and under the insole.

In contrast to some of the more experimental and technical skate releases, Reynolds keeps things simple and classic with both colorways—staying true to his well-known affinity for subdued color palettes and wearable tones. These are definitely skate shoes, but the understated design and nostalgic aesthetic make them lifestyle footwear, too.

Andrew Reynolds New Balance 933 Release Date

The Andrew Reynolds x New Balance Numeric 933 colorways will release on July 21, 2025 at select skate retailers and NewBalance.com. Retail will be $130 USD per pair.

Nike Air Trainer Huarache “Cool Blue” Returns September 2025

Following a lowkey and gradual reissue cycle, the Nike Air Trainer Huarache OG “Cool Blue” is finally getting its return in Fall 2025.

Slower and more lowkey than the rapid response strategy implemented with the LD-1000, this classic silhouette has taken its time to reenter the world on its own.

Now, after a major cultural moment in the form of the Corteiz collaboration, the Trainer is ready for its proper solo return. The OG “Cool Blue” colorway first made its debut back in the 1990s before last hitting shelves for its retro treatment in 2015.

True to its OG appearance, the 2025 rendition of the Trainer Huarache “Cool Blue” is an exact recreation that keeps the silhouette’s signature layered black and white panels intact alongside the Cool Blue toe box and heel wrap, and of course, the iconic midfoot strap. The Huarache DNA also shows through in the form of the neoprene inner bootie, as well as the subtle branding located at the heel. Retro faithful that the brand has released of late have continued to please collectors and retro sneakerheads alike, and this upcoming drop will be no exception. Whether you missed the 2015 release or you are just now learning of the silhouette, this is one to keep your eyes on.

The Nike Air Trainer Huarache OG “Cool Blue” is set to release in September 2025 through Nike Sportswear retailers and Nike.com for $140 USD.
