Overkill x KangaROOS Coil R1 “Abyss Flip”

Berlin’s Overkill is set to celebrate their one-year anniversary of the “Abyss” edition with another collaboration of the KangaROOS Coil R1 dubbed “Abyss Flip.”

The name “Flip” came from the idea to switch up the first model’s blue/aqua colour elements, creating a new, unique version that still maintains its ties to the original Abyss. Aqua elements have been replaced by a classic turquoise.

Like the last two Overkill special editions, Abyss Flip is made by the shoe manufacturers Hummel & Hummel in Münchweiler. “This was a special project because of the personal contact with the factory director and his workers, as well as the fact that we were able to see, touch and choose the materials on site,” says Marc from OVERKILL. “We were able interact and communicate very quickly.”

The shoes are made of calf leather with unique terry-cloth insets, reflectors, and a calf-leather lining. Like in every COIL model, the patented Dynacoil shock-damping system is integrated into the sole.

The “Abyss Flip” Coil R1 is set to release this Saturday, November 1st in-store and online over at Overkill.

His collection is a lot wider than just Retro Air Jordans, that also includes some Vans Authentic models, Red Octobers and other classic Nike silhouettes plus a lot more. Nike Air Max 95 HW QS “Halloween” Arriving to Retailers

Nike Sportswear is set to release a few upcoming “Halloween” inspired silhouettes that includes the Nike Air Max 95. This Nike Air Max 95 “Halloween” edition is inspired by the human anatomy.

Featuring a textured suede with a crackled leather and textile upper, featuring ‘gooey’ Green accents over the eyelets, heel badge, and outsole, to create a new seasonal classic. The zombie-like inspiration is completed with a bloodshot eyeball on the tongue.

Look for the Nike Air Max 95 “Halloween” to release on Thursday, October 30th at select Nike Sportswear retailers like Sneaker Politics. Retail price tag is set at, $170 USD.

Nike Chuck Posite “Metallic Silver” Release Date

The Nike Chuck Posite is a modernized Charles Barkley signatur sneaker designed by Nike Sportswear as a follow up to the Nike Barkley Posite Max.

Set to release on Tuesday, November 11th, 2014 is the Nike Chuck Posite “Metallic Silver” colorway. The shoe features a full Metallic Silver Hyperposite upper with Black nubuck detailing, Teal and Red accents sitting atop a translucent sole. Other details include 3M reflective trim, rubber pull-tabs and a 3D molded shank.

Nike innovation and Liberty London heritage unite in 10th collection, featuring a custom print.

Nike and Liberty London celebrate their 10th collection with a new custom print. For the first time, Nike has modernized an archival Liberty design with the application of a contemporary geometric pattern. The collection fuses sport and style with a definitive polka-dot design laid over a classic floral Liberty Art Fabric.

The Holiday 2014 Nike x Liberty collection features contemporary and heritage Nike footwear silhouettes alongside a capsule apparel collection. This season’s archive Liberty print, Belmont Ivy, is a striking botanical artwork inspired by the entwining patterns of ivy clinging to buildings. A close look at the detailed ivy structure of the print reveals a subtle nod to the past as individual leaves display the markings of a British one pound note.

The collection is available in two muted autumnal color palettes — Belmont Ivy Black and Belmont Ivy Burgundy — both overlaid with Nike’s tonal polka dots.

The warm, seasonal burgundy collection is available in four of Nike’s most celebrated styles: the Blazer Mid, Air Max 1, Internationalist and Air Force 1 Mid. In contrast, the cooler winter tones of the black print are available in three of Nike’s latest women’s footwear innovations: the Air Max 1 Mid, Internationalist Mid and Lunar Force 1 Sky Hi.
