ASICS Gel Spotlyte “Glow-in-the-Dark”

The ASICS Gel Spotlyte was originally released in 1992 and was the signature sneaker for Isiah Thomas. Back in April, the ASICS Gel Spotlyte was reissued and was released in a few original colorways.

This season, the model is back but is now set to spice things up with a few new colorways for ASICS’ Fall 2014 lineup. One of the pairs that is included is this “Glow-in-the-Dark” color scheme that is built with a Grey suede and Black leather upper with hints of Blue accents.

The ASICS Gel Spotlyte “Glow-in-the-Dark” will start to release this October 2014 at select retailers like Titolo.

Reebok Pump D-Time Returns

Made famous in the early 90s is the Reebok Pump D-Time that was originally released in 1993 and was the only signature sneaker for Dee Brown. Reebok Classic is now set to return the classic Reebok Pump D-Time in its original color scheme.

Dressed in the iconic Black, Steel, White and Varsity Orange that features a Black leather base upper with Steel Grey and White accents and faux carbon fiber detailing. The shoe is finished with with Varsity Orange hints hitting the Pump ball on the tongue and Dee Brown logo on the heel.

The Reebok Pump D-Time will officially return in its originally colorway on Friday, September 26th, 2014 at select Reebok Classics retailers, like Millennium Shoes.

Nike Free OG 14 “Black Croc”

Being built in a croc textured leather upper is the latest Nike Free OG 14 colorway. In addition to the Dark Green/Beige-Black pair this one includes a mixture of Black and Anthracite color scheme, this new Nike runner sits atop a Free sole. The Nike Free OG 14 “Black Croc” is now currently available at select Nike retailers, including Titolo.

Nike Air Tech Challenge II “Waterproof Pack”

Andre Agassi’s Nike Air Tech Challenge II continues to release in both original colors as well as new makeups. Set to debut in October is this Nike Air Tech Challenge II “Waterproof Pack” that includes two waterproof built models.

Both pairs are combined with a mixture of suede, waterproof synthetic, glossy leather and textured detailing throughout the entire upper. The color option of the pack is a choice between Black or Deep Burgundy.

The Nike Air Tech Challenge II “Waterproof Pack” is set to release at all select Nike Sportswear retailers this October 2014, including Crooked Tongues.

Nike Zoom Talaria 2014 Anthracite / Hyper Turquoise

The Nike Zoom Talaria silhouette originally released in 1997 and was designed by Tinker Hatfield which is now set to return this Fall 2014. This time around, the Nike Zoom Talaria 2014 version will include a modified collar that sits atop a thicker sole.

Shown here is a look at the Anthracite and Hyper Turquoise color scheme that is accented with a Orange and Pink gradient faded midsole. The upper is built with a mixture of nubuck and mesh.

A release date here in the states has yet to be announced, but before they hit select retailers in the coming weeks, this Nike Zoom Talaria 2014 is now available at UK retailer Wellgosh.

Nike Zoom Flight 96 2014 Retro

The Nike Zoom Flight 96 really was notice during the 1996 Olympics when Penny Hardaway wore them as part of Team USA. Today, we get a look at two upcoming Nike Zoom Flight 96 releases that will retro later this year. One pair sports a Cool Grey/White-Black makeup while the other is dressed in a Black/White edition. Both pairs feature Carbon Fiber detailing and sit atop a translucent outsole. Opening Ceremony x adidas Originals Stan Smith “Black Pony Hair”

In addition to the White/Grey pair, Opening Ceremony x adidas Originals Stan Smith now introduces the “Black Pony Hair” edition. This pair features a full Black pony hair upper and Black leather embossed tongue logos that replaces the traditional Stan Smith portrait. The Opening Ceremony x adidas Originals Stan Smith “Black Pony Hair” is now currently available at select adidas Originals retailers, including Wish. Retail is set at, $225 USD.

Nike Roshe Run “Boxtrolls” Teaser

To go along with the upcoming animation/comedy film, Boxtrolls – that is produced from Phil Knight’s LAIKA studios, Nike is set to release a special edition Nike Roshe Run. This is a similar produced Nike Roshe Run as the ParaNorman Foamposites which would make this the third collaboration between Nike and LAIKA studios.

The film is set to release on Friday, September 26th, so you can expect a release to take place sometime soon. Below is a pref distribution of the movie and stay tuned to Sneaker Bar for more updates on a potential release of the Nike Roshe Run “Boxtrolls” colorway.

The Boxtrolls, a community of quirky, mischievous creatures, have lovingly raised an orphaned human boy named Eggs in the amazing cavernous home they’ve built beneath the streets of Cheesebridge. When the town’s villain, Archibald Snatcher, comes up with a plot to get rid of the Boxtrolls, Eggs decides to venture above ground, “into the light,” where he meets and teams up with fabulously feisty Winnifred. Together, they devise a daring plan to save Eggs’ family.

Earlier today we shared a first look at the Li-Ning Way of Wade 3. Now Dwyane Wade gives us a look at his Li-Ning Way of Wade Lifestyle sneakers.

This edition of the Li-Ning Way of Wade is built as a high-top shoe that has more of a luxury style to them that comes in either a White, Black, Red, Gold and Silver colorway. Each pair is built with a monochromatic upper with embossed geometric detailing.

Nike LeBron 11 “Watch the Throne”

Yesterday, we shared the first look at the “Watch the Throne” Nike LeBron 11, we now have some new photos and different angles of the WTT LeBron 11 edition.

Staying true to it’s original model off the Nike LeBron 9, having a Black upper with Gold branding, multi-colored laces and inner lining finished with the WTT lace-locks sitting atop an icy outsole. Air Jordan 11 “Doernbecher” 2014 Rumors Back On?

If you can remember back in December 2013, there were rumors floating around that the Air Jordan 11 would be part of the 2014 Nike Doernbecher Freestyle Collection. After a couple days of hype growing, the rumored designer Jimmy Li (a cancer survivor) later shutdown those rumors saying he will not be designing the Air Jordan 11 “Doernbecher” for 2014.

However, today according to IcySoleOnline, the Air Jordan 11 “Doernbecher” 2014 rumors are back on, as he stats they will be dropping as part of the 2014 Nike Doernbecher Freestyle Collection.

As of right now we have yet to hear any confirmation on this from Jordan Brand, but if these rumors are true you can expect 2014 to end with the release of the Air Jordan 11 “Legend Blue”, Air Jordan 11 “Pantone” and the Air Jordan 11 “Doernbecher” 2014.

Li-Ning Way of Wade 3 “Dexter”

Inspired by one of the more popular television series to air, Dexter (up until the last season) is this Li-Ning Way of Wade 3 dubbed “Dexter.” The show was filmed in Dwyane Wade’s hometown, Miami, which is why this new colorway is so fitting for the future Hall of Famer.

Dressed in a blood splatter print, they feature a Grey upper that includes Red blood splatter detailing along the base, finished with Dexter branding on the inner tongues.

As of right now there is no release date set for this new “Dexter” colorway, but for now just check out the first set of photos and stay tuned to Sneaker Bar for more updates on further upcoming Li-Ning Way of Wade 3 colorways.

Air Jordan Future “Cool Grey”

The Air Jordan Future silhouette is starting to hit retailers in multiple colorways and Jordan Brand doesn’t seem to be slowing down anytime soon, which we now have a first look at the “Cool Grey” Air Jordan Future edition.

This upcoming colorway features a full Cool Grey woven based upper that sits atop a White midsole and what appears to be a White translucent outsole (could be solid White, but can’t tell just yet). Other features include the traditional Gold branding on the tongue and lace tips.

The Three Stripes is welcoming Palace Skateboards into the adidas Originals family with an upcoming collaboration. Today, adidas Originals announced that they will be hooking up with Palace Skateboards to be releasing a special collaboration that looks to feature some 3D detailing.
