KICKS LAB. x PUMA Disc Blaze “Desert Trooper”

KICK LAB., located in Harajuku Tokyo, the center of Japanese street fashion has teamed up with PUMA to release their latest KICKS LAB. x PUMA Disc Blaze Desert Trooper collaboration.

Dubbed, “Desert Trooper” the inspiration came from the colors of the special forces in desert battle all around the world. For the main material, they’ve select suede in an Ivory Cream color. The surface of the suede is roughed out reminding the desert. Black is used on the DISC systems, side form stripes and mesh on the upper while White takes care of the sole unit and PUMA’s superb cushioning technology TRINOMIAL.

Look for the military-inspired PUMA Disc Blaze to release in limited quantities on October 22nd through KIKCS LAB.

Parisian-based boutique, colette, has teamed up with ASICS Tiger once again to release an upcoming colette x ASICS Gel Lyte V Yukata Pack.

The pack consists of two ASICS Gel Lyte V colorways. The first one in Blue is made of printed leather with two-tone mesh in Blue and White. The second one in White is made of embroidered leather. Each one features raised contrasted Tiger stripes on the inner side, embroidered colette and ASICS Tiger logos on the heel, and will drop with 2 pairs of waxed laces.

Look for the colette x ASICS Gel Lyte V “Yukata” Pack to first debut on October 17th at a UNITED ARROWS & SONS pop-up shop. A wider release will take place on October 22nd at colette.

The Nike Air Foamposite One Maroon will be a brand new Nike Air Foamposite One colorway slated to debut during the holiday season.

This Candy Apple Nike Air Foamposite One comes dressed in a Night Maroon, Maroon and Black color scheme. The shoe features a full Maroon Foamposite upper with Black detailing on the upper and sits atop a Gum rubber outsole – which makes them look like a PB&J Foamposite.

The Nike Hustle Hart 2 is happening, as it was recently confirmed by Kevin Hart during an interview on Power 105.1’s “The Breakfast Club.”

During the interview, when discussing working with Nike he said:

“Working on the Hustle Hart 2 now. I don’t believe in doing things just one time, so my relationship with Nike is on going. And right now, you know this whole Move with Hart movement is taking us to a different place, a different direction where the people that I’ve got to invest in the vision of simply working out and being healthier are now embarking on the same journey as me.”

We finally have some Nike Kyrie 3 release info to share, as Kyrie Irving prepares for the upcoming 2016-2017 NBA season.

For the season, Kyrie will be lacing up the Nike Kyrie 3. Just like this teammate LeBron Jame’s Nike LeBron 14, the Kyrie 3 will be debuting in January 2017.

Below, we share some release info on three upcoming pairs that will begin releasing on January 21st, followed by two releases in February 2017. All three of these releases will also be available in gradeschool sizing. No confirm retail price has been announced just yet.

UPDATE: Kyrie Irving has confirmed with WFNY that the Kyrie 3 will officially release on January 21st.

“I think we release on January 21st but I definitely will be wearing a pair of 3s for Christmas and going forward for any other holidays,” Irving said following Thursday’s shootaround. “January 21 is what we’re looking to aim at. I’m excited. I’m excited to put the product out to you guys and the stories behind the shoes and the creative behind it. I get really juiced up about it. I get to put my artistic mind to the test.”

This Nike Air Max 90 features laser engraved icons on the toe inspired by the northwestern city that references the Seattle’s fishing industry, Space Needle and Bigfoot.

The California Golden Bears receive their own Air Jordan XXX1 Cal PE for the men’s basketball team to wear throughout the 2016-2017 NCAA season.

This Air Jordan XXX1 features a White and Navy Flyweave and synthetic leather upper. A Yellow Jumpman on the heel, Flywire cables and midsole adds to the teams colors. Finishing off the design is an icy translucent outsole that has California displayed.

The crew also talks to Jason Reynolds, the founder of charity organization PURP ME, after reading a story in this week’s Sneaker Stories That Make You Go Awww. In that story, a child he was mentoring gave the shoes off of his feet to a homeless man. The gesture reflected his turnaround and how he got his life on track from troubled teen to now getting scholarships to prestigious schools.

G-SNKS gives us more info on some eBay sneaker deals, Guru takes us Outside The Box, White Ranger finally returns to do this episode’s Lady Sneakerheads of the Week, and Jumpman finishes off the show with this week’s Word.

For those that are fan favorites of classic ’90s basketball sneakers, you’ll be happy to know that David Robinson’s Nike Air Unlimited is making a strong comeback.

One of the pairs that will be releasing is this Black and White makeup. Designed with a premium touch, the performance basketball shoe features a Black nubuck upper with a matching Black bootie. A full White rubber outsoles completes the look.
