A$AP Bari has finally revealed his latest VLONE x Nike Air Force 1 High Collection in five color options with all featuring “Every Living Creative Dies Alone” embroidered on the strap. Each of the five colorways all feature a Black tumbled leather upper with contrasting accents on the Nike Swoosh, strap, tongue, heel and sole.

A total of 6 different colorways are set to be released exclusively on Nike Paris through a lottery draw system. Only 20 pairs will be available, with winners being announced today, June 25th.

Release information for the rest of the collection has yet to be announced. But you were able to enter an online raffle through honeyeecom.us newsletter, or by registering on the Nike Paris website.

Better Nike LeBron 9 – “Watch The Throne” or “What The LeBron”

It doesn’t get any better than this. If you ask me, the Nike LeBron 9 is the best LeBron James signature shoe to-date. While we witnessed a lot of fresh releases, two of the ones that standout was the Nike LeBron 9 Watch The Throne and the What The LeBron 9.

Even though the “Watch The Throne” Nike LeBron 9 was never an official retail release, it’s still up there as one of the best LeBron 9s designed.

The shoe was gifted to both Kanye West and Jay-Z to celebrate their tour and the release of their joint album, Watch The Throne. Featuring a Black mesh and faux carbon weave upper that was accented with Metallic Gold Nike Swooshes and Givenchy-inspired sockliner and laces.

The mismatched “What The” Nike LeBron 9 features a combination of the model’s best colorways all appearing on one shoe. The only bad part about this design was that it never made it past the sample stage, making them extremely hard and rare to cop.

Sneaker Talk: Nike Air Flightposite “University Blue”

The futuristic-looking Nike Air Flightposite made its debut back in 1999 and was designed by Eric Avar. It was one of the first Nike Basketball models to feature Nike’s Foamposite technology. Often considered one of Nike’s most comfortable basketball shoes, their design is seamless and created from a molded liquid.

Looking back at one of the more popular colorways to debut, the Nike Air Flightposite University Blue that released in 2003. Having an amazing look, the shoe features a Pearlized White Foamposite shell with University Blue accents atop a matching White rubber sole.

adidas is Close to Jumping Over the Jumpman

We all joked about Yeezy jumping over the Jumpman when Kanye West first signed with adidas. Now, it’s actually not too far off from happening – talking about adidas as a brand (not just Yeezys).

According to data from retail researcher NPD Group, Nike’s share of the US athletic footwear market was 34.7% last month, a dip from 35.9% in May 2016. Jordan Brand, the Nike-owned basketball sneaker line, had 11.8% share, a dip from 14.8% in May 2016. adidas? Its share nearly doubled year over year, from 6.3% in May 2016 to 11.3% in May 2017.

The biggest reason Adidas is on the rise is because of an industry trend that benefits the brand: casual sportswear. That refers to both apparel and sneakers, and adidas has always been known for streetwear, or as the category is called these days, “athleisure.” It’s a trend many bemoan (including Under Armour CEO Kevin Plank), but a trend that hasn’t gone away.

Nike, Inc. (which includes Nike, Jordan Brand and Converse) is still the most dominant brand in sportswear, but adidas isn’t too far off from catching up.

adidas Confirmed App Hacked in China Scoring 80 Pairs of “Zebra” YEEZYs

How many of you were able to score the “Zebra” YEEZYs today? adidas made it a lot easier this time to score a pair, and while they’ve been working hard to improve their adidas Confirmed app, looks like it still has flaws.

It appears that a couple of hackers broke into the adidas Confirmed app to score about 80 pairs of “Zebra” adidas Yeezy Boost 350s. When picking up their massive stock, the two who are being called, “nerds” were jumped and beaten having all their YEEZYs left on the floor of the mall in Shanghai.
