UPDATE 9/3/25: The Bape x adidas Sambas release September 6th, 2025 via adidas.com. They headline the Bape x adidas Soccer Collection, which also includes apparel plus F50 Elite and Predator Elite cleats.

Original Story 8/16/25:
In the BAPE x adidas Samba Collection, the classic kicks for the terrace and streetwear’s biggest icons team up in two uncluttered iterations that showcase the personalities of each brand.

The first model uses a black leather upper with a white BAPE STA logo on the lateral, while the medial respects the original adidas’ Three Stripes. Gold “A Bathing Ape” lettering, co-branded tongue labels and gum soles complete the design.

The second model is a color-blocked version, which uses smooth white leather and a black star on the lateral, while it reprises the heritage details.

BAPE x adidas Soccer Cleats Collection Releases September 6th

UPDATE 9/3/25: adidas and BAPE® drop a soccer collection on September 6th, 2025 via adidas.com featuring Predator and F50 cleats. The lineup also includes Sambas, apparel, and accessories with BAPE’s ABC CAMO and SKULL STA branding.

Original Story 2/2/25:
BAPE is back with adidas and they are on the pitch this time around. The two brands are dropping a football boots collection for Fall 2025. Expect to see the adidas performance technologies with BAPE’s signature camouflage patterns.

Leading the charge is the adidas F50 Elite FG in Pink, White and Ice Blue. The pastel gradient camo treatment on this speed-centric silhouette is new and different. That’s the type of small detail that sneakerheads will be keeping an eye on after Real Madrid’s Franco Mastantuono was spotted in the pair during training.

The adidas Predator Elite Tongue FG is another standout, available in Hemp, Gold Metallic and White. As the name suggests, the design nods to the Predator heritage with a fold-over tongue. BAPE’s camouflage print is also layered on the upper while metallic accents are thrown in for good measure.

“Pine Green” Gradient Covers The Nike Air Max Sunder

Nike is resurrecting an Air Max cult classic with the release of the Nike Air Max Sunder “Pine Green” in Fall 2025. The futuristic silhouette has always been one of the most unique Air Max silhouettes.

The sleek neoprene upper is fade from Pine Green to Black and features Wolf Grey overlays with perforated details. A zipper closure keeps the look sleek and streamlined, which was a departure from traditional runners when it debuted. That’s the kind of nostalgic detail sneakerheads will appreciate immediately.

The midsole features visible Air units at the heel and forefoot, delivering a mix of nostalgic comfort and modern cushioning. The outsole features maze-like patterns with Pine Green accents.

The Nike Air Max Sunder “Pine Green” will be available for $190 in Fall 2025 on Nike.com and at select retailers.

Overall, this model is more on the heavy-tech side compared to other retro Air Max silhouettes, which often skews to a more minimal aesthetic.

New Balance 1906R “Olive” Comes Ready For Fall 2025

The New Balance 1906R “Olive” features a modern no-sew upper and fresh take on the classic retro runner.

Khaki shades are layered throughout, with deeper green splashes on the heel, N-Lock logo and outsole. Black accents on the lining and midsole provide balance to keep the colorway wearable year-round. It’s a muted look with both an outdoor-ready and city-appropriate vibe.

Replacing overlays are reinforced panels. Pull-tab laces double down on the model’s trail-running influences. That rugged detail is just one way this pair stands apart.

The 1906R has become a collaborative darling and general release staple for daring designs in recent years. This “Olive” variation nods to that past while capitalizing on earthy tones sneakerheads adore. Layered khakis make this one of the most versatile colorways yet.

adidas x Mercedes AMG adiZero Collection Speeds Into 2025 With Six Performance Pairs

The adidas x Mercedes AMG adiZero Collection is one of the most aggressive runs in footwear. The German automaker jumped ship from PUMA to Three Stripes last year and has already made a series of bold drops with the brand. However, this latest collaboration was built for maximum impact. Mercedes AMG and the Three Stripes have come together for a six-pack capsule collection, with each model taking cues from speed, endurance, and motorsport design.

Silhouettes in the adidas x Mercedes AMG adiZero collection are steeped in inspiration from the Mercedes black-and-red livery, checkered Three Stripes, and AMG branding. Just that small detail on its own represents the detail and focus on performance. The color blocking on the shoes feels a bit menacing to me, but sleek and clean at the same time. The detailing throughout the collection is even more aerodynamic, reminiscent of the bodywork on AMG’s race cars. That is the type of crossover sneakerheads will take notice of.

The collection is split into two distinct footwear categories. Marathon and road racers will be able to get their hands on the adiZero Prime X3 Strung, adios Pro 4, and EVO SL, which have been developed with Lightstrike Pro foam for maximum energy return. Track runners will also have a trio of offerings from adidas with the adiZero Ambition, Avanti Tyo, and Prime SP 4, which are all spike-equipped for sprinting. The collection also features a range of technology built specifically for long-distance runs and sprinting. It’s a combination that embodies the “strength meets speed” approach to innovation that both brands are known for.

So far, the adidas x AMG adiZero collection is live now in Europe. The Prime X3 Strung is available in the U.S. online now, but that is only a fraction of the selection. U.S. release of the complete collection is also on the way per adidas, so expect the full lineup to be available soon for purchase.

New Balance 1906R “Orange Crimson” Almost Looks Like A Salmon

New Balance has transformed its 1906R sneaker into a trail-ready style with the 1906R “Orange Crimson”.

Expect the shoe to take on a bit of gorpcore influence, but its construction and no-tie lacing remain true to the 1906R’s utilitarian roots.

The bright “Orange Crimson” overlays and TPU heel cage add an element of playfulness to the shoe. The Creamsicle gradient on the sole also hints at a design evolution.

The Creamsicle fade is probably the smartest part, as it tones down the loud crimson and provides the design with depth. These kinds of small nods are exactly what collectors are after when New Balance twists on their staples.

The New Balance 1906R “Orange Crimson” drops Fall 2025 for $155 on NewBalance.com and select retailers.

The Nike Vomero Plus “Anthracite/White” continues to push the silhouette into more daring territory.

Breaking from the subdued tones, this iteration is characterized by eye-catching bold patterned midsoles that are the star of the show. The engineered mesh upper in matching anthracite provides lightweight breathability while keeping the aesthetic tidy. The Nike Shox Ride 2 Cordura “Denim Turquoise” Comes Ready For Winter Months

The Nike Shox Ride 2 Cordura “Denim Turquoise” is a rugged rework of a quietly solid model. While Shox TL and Shox R4 have enjoyed an infinite number of variations, the Ride 2 has been a bit more experimental. Previous versions have included denim, iridescent and ACG-inspired builds. This latest rendition combines high-performance Cordura material for durability and season-long wear.

Nike will be launching a handful of Cordura-backed sneakers this fall and winter, including the Air Max Plus, Air Max Sunder, and a few Air Force 1s. The Ride 2, however, really shines in distressed turquoise denim print. “Light Silver” leather panels on the heel and overlays accent the denim while black mudguards, liners, and midsoles keep things balanced. Rope-style laces in black and white complete the trail-ready offering. That’s the kind of detail that sneakerheads appreciate. Function and fashion intersecting with purpose.

The Shox cushioning system, of course, is still here, providing bouncy nostalgia to early-2000s enthusiasts. Paired with the rugged Cordura base, the overall design works well for urban exploration or straight-up flexing during the colder months. Compared to flashier brothers and sisters, this pair is slightly more grounded. Almost like Nike’s take on technical outdoor footwear.

The Nike Shox Ride 2 Cordura “Denim Turquoise” will release Holiday 2025 for $210 in men’s sizing. Pairs will be available at select retailers and Nike.com.

Nike ReactX Rejuven8 Slides Appear in Gradient “Light Armory Blue”

The Nike ReactX Rejuven8 Slides “Light Armory Blue” is a graphic gradient creation for Fall 2025.

Its molded foam construction transitions from a mellow sky blue to a darker navy base, while wavelike ridges along the midsole call out its featherweight construction. A small Swoosh on the lateral side keeps branding to a minimum, allowing the sculpted silhouette to shine.

Comfort is the star of the show. These slides are outfitted with a ReactX midsole for responsive cushioning that’s plush underfoot. On top of that, the ReactX foam utilizes a lower-impact formula as Nike continues to focus on more sustainable innovations. Sneakerheads will also be stoked by the grippy outsole, which is created for grip on indoor floors and hard outdoor surfaces. That wear-ability makes them a great everyday option.
