Anthony Davis Previews Nike LeBron 23 “Triple Black”

Anthony Davis was recently spotted wearing the Nike LeBron 23 “Triple Black” during a Dallas Mavericks practice session. The sighting shows AD’s loyalty to LeBron James’ signature line, even after his departure from the Lakers.

The LeBron 23 will reportedly drop in 23 colorways, with each colorway referencing a moment in James’ career. That being said, this all-black edition likely won’t be in the storytelling pack. It’s more similar to the colorless pair that debuted earlier this summer. Sneakerheads know that black-on-black shoes are usually the ones to go all “cult,” as with the Jordan 4 “Black Cat.”

Davis has worn LeBron models throughout his career, from last season to the Lakers’ 2020 championship run in the Orlando bubble. His continued gravitation towards LeBrons with the Mavericks only cements how tied he remains to King’s footwear legacy. That detail sneakerheads will love most.

Although there is no confirmed release date yet, the Nike LeBron 23 “Triple Black” is likely to be a popular on-court and everyday sneaker.

A black Nike Air midsole is a practical proposition underfoot for everyday comfort, while its understated design lets the tonal contrasts pop. A small detail sneakerheads will appreciate—the muted balance that’s become a hallmark of Scott’s Jordan releases.

Original Story 8/13/25:
New Balance continues to drop exclusive sneakers in their Made in USA series and the New Balance 993 “Community Blue” is the latest shoe to be released for Fall/Winter 2025. The sneaker retains the successful formula of a black mesh upper with grey details and colorful suede overlays. In this colorway, the bold Community Blue hue is reminiscent of last year’s 991v2 “City Pack” and a nice contrast to the recently dropped 990v6.

As part of New Balance’s 99X series, the 993 silhouette is a timeless nod to New Balance’s running shoe history that’s updated with new cushioning and comfort technology. The shoe features ABZORB cushioning throughout the midsole for impact protection, Ndurance rubber outsole for grip and tread, and reflective accents for increased visibility. Nike Air Max Sunder Upgrades In “Cordura” Material

UPDATE 9/24/25: Nike has released official photos of the Air Max Sunder Cordura “Obsidian/Safety Orange.” The shoe features Safety Orange accents on the outsole. The men’s sneaker will release Holiday 2025 for $190, which is a $10 increase from the typical MSRP.

Original Story 7/28/25:
Nike’s Air Max Sunder is back for Fall 2025. The performance sneaker that debuted in the late ’90s is getting a street-ready update, made with Cordura’s RE/COR fabric. The RE/COR upper is woven from post-industrial recycled sources, standing in for the more traditional neoprene upper.

The mudguard is treated to a graffiti-like print in a cool icy blue. A patina splatter graphic is applied to the lower mudguard. A bright orange pop is applied to the lace loops, pull tabs, and mini Swoosh.

The laces also come in bright orange for a fun surprise when the sneaker is unzipped. First hitting the market in the late ’90s as a performance sneaker, the Sunder has transitioned to an outdoor-ready sneaker with a streetwear edge in recent years, and this update follows in that tradition.

Air Jordan 1 Low SE Comes Pre Distressed

This Air Jordan 1 Low takes the classic silhouette in a daring direction for Fall 2025.

Swapping out the usual leather construction, this pair instead sports fabric panels with frayed edges and distressed details to achieve a worn-in look. Overlays in earthy hues of brown, orange and grey contrast with paint-like splatters for a rugged, street-ready feel.

Design highlights include shimmering Wings logos on the heel and metallic Jumpman branding on the tongue. A gum outsole that’s been brushed with a dusty finish caps off the sneaker’s vintage-inspired design. That detail also contributes to the overall sense that the pair has been broken in from day one.
