Lightweight, breathable mesh in sea-foam Cannon makes up the upper. Tonal overlays add stability and structure without sacrificing flexibility. Volt accents show up in the full-length Zoom Air unit and on Barely Volt highlights that light up on the tongue and insole.

Air Jordan 9 Boot Now Available (October 2025)

UPDATE 10/1/25: The Air Jordan 9 Boot “Black Gum” and “Wheat” are now available on Nike.com.

Original Story 9/8/25:
The Air Jordan 9 Boot is making a return Fall 2025, bringing back the rugged, winter ready design that fans love.

The Air Jordan 9 Boot originally released in the late 2010s. The boot version of MJ’s ninth signature features a mix of leather and suede uppers with a gusseted tongue, metal eyelets, and water-resistant treatment. The redesigned outsole underfoot will also handle snow and other rugged terrain with ease.

The most iconic release is the 2018 “Wheat” that immediately earned the nickname “Jordan Timberlands” due to its work-boot style. The Boot in that color remains the fan-favorite look, but the “Black/Gum” released in 2021 and re-stocked in 2022 also deserves some love. The Wheat version of the AJ9 Boot is more statement-making, whereas the Black/Gum is the more versatile and everyday-ready colorway.

The Air Jordan 9 Boot is returning October 1, 2025. Expect the full drop on Nike.com and select Jordan Brand retail stores.

Kids’ Nike Dunk Low “Abominable Snowman” Now Available (October 2025)

UPDATE 10/1/25: The Nike Dunk Low “Abominable Snowman” is now available on Nike.com exclusively in kids sizes.

Original Story 8/11/25:
Nike has another feel-good holiday release on the way with the Nike Dunk Low “Abominable Snowman” in pre-school sizing. The silhouette is inspired by the infamous snow-loving yeti, also known as the Abominable Snowman, so it makes sense that it’s one of the Nikes colder weather offerings.

While most of the upper is clad in high-pile fuzzy material reminiscent of a yeti’s fur, the smooth Celestine Blue toe box is paired with Green Abyss accents on the Swoosh and lining. Branding on the tongue and heel also feature an icy theme to continue the wintry aesthetic, while the inner message on the tongue, “Make Your Own Tracks” plays into the playful theme of this release.

Nike also included a plush keychain of a smiling yeti holding onto a Swoosh. The keychain, along with the furry construction, are similar in feel to past fan-favorite releases like the Grateful Dead x Nike SB Dunk Pack and “Three Bears” pack, though it’s not a collaboration with the band.

The Nike Dunk Low “Abominable Snowman” will release October 1, 2025 in pre-school sizes for $102 USD. We may also see grade school sizing, but there aren’t any known adult pairs on the way. The Dunks will be available at select Nike Sportswear retailers as well as Nike.com.

Nike Dunk Low SE “Black Cat” Now Available (October 2025)

UPDATE 10/1/25: The “Black Cat” Dunk Lows are available on Nike.com.

Original Story 8/28/25:
The Nike Dunk Low “Black Cat” is the latest triple black sneaker to land in Nike’s catalog just in time for the Holidays. While the release pulls inspiration from stealthy silhouettes, it also is a reflection on the growing popularity of the Air Jordan 4 “Black Cat” that returns in November 2025.

The Dunk Low is finished in all-black S/B construction from a mixture of nubuck and suede. The layering of these materials adds depth while the tonal Swooshes, embroidered branding, and rubber outsole remain true to the minimalist formula. Rope-style laces serve as a small change of pace on the upper, adding a touch of rugged flair. That’s the kind of detail that Dunk fans will notice.

Nike has thrown its weight behind tonal colorways of late and this Dunk Low SE “Black Cat” fits in nicely with other recent releases. It will hit store shelves alongside another “Triple Black” Dunk Low release that will be fully equipped with GORE-TEX, allowing sneakerheads even more choices for both casual and weather-appropriate footwear.

The Nike Dunk Low “Black Cat” is set to release October 1, 2025 Holiday season at Nike.com and select retailers.

Nike Air Max 90 “Black Reflective” Lights Up The Dark

UPDATE 10/1/25: The “Black Reflective” Air Max 90 is now available on Nike.com.

Original Story 7/21/25:
The Nike Air Max 90 “Black Reflective” is illuminating the sneaker season of Fall 2025. This perennial favorite continues to receive new treatments while remaining connected to its roots. The latest rendition combines a blackout aesthetic with reflective detailing for enhanced visibility after dark.

Featuring a fully blacked-out upper, the “Black Reflective” draws from the classic 90’s template. It combines mesh underlays with textured leather and synthetic overlays. The laces, eyelets, midsole and outsole all match in an equally monochrome scheme. The stealthy approach is amplified with reflective accents on the Swoosh and tongue piping. In the right lighting conditions, the contrasting material comes alive.

The only other visible branding is a subtle grey Nike logo on the tongue and heel. On the footbed, the visible Air cushioning continues to provide comfort for daily use.

Nike Air Max Plus Receives Reflective Details

UPDATE 10/1/25: The “Black Reflective” Air Max Plus is now available on Nike.com.

Original Story 7/21/25:
The Nike Air Max Plus “Black Reflective” embodies the sneaker’s aggressive, attention-grabbing attitude from head to toe. Clad in all-black mesh with subtle additions of synthetic overlays for texture, the sneaker features a black mudguard, midsole and outsole to further enhance the monochromatic effect.

The minimalist style isn’t completely void of intrigue, however. Light-reflecting 3M stripes adorn the eyestays, heel piping and mudguard trim. These highlights catch the light in darker conditions, creating a dynamic punch without overwhelming the muted color palette. To further accent the all-black palette, a white Swoosh appears across the midfoot.

Nike honors the heritage of the classic silhouette by maintaining the traditional Tuned Air branding on the heel and outsole shank. Visible Tn Air units on the outsole keep the same responsive cushioning in place that first made the silhouette a fan favorite upon its original 1998 release.

The Nike Air Max Plus “Black Reflective” will launch October 1, 2025 through Nike.com and selected retailers.

Bad Bunny Expands His adidas Line With Motorsport-Inspired Adiracer GT

Bad Bunny goes racing with adidas for Fall 2025. Following his basketball and running-inspired releases, the artist steps into new creative territory with the release of his first motorsport-inspired sneaker, the Bad Bunny x adidas Adiracer GT.

Not the most recognizable silhouette within the adidas archives, the Adiracer GT is most notably known for its affiliation with the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 team. While the subtle and monochromatic performance sneaker shares a similar color palette to Bunny’s previous releases, the suede, mesh, and refined overlays work together to recall a cross between performance racing footwear and cutting-edge luxury streetwear.

Graphic elements like co-branding details and splashes of vibrant color take a direct cue from Formula 1, setting the release apart from Bad Bunny’s earlier adidas collaborations.

The Nike Air Max Plus Golf is back for Fall 2025 and is available in two new colorways, “Voltage Purple” and “Black/Metallic Silver.”

Sporting a spike-less upper, it retains the streetwear sensation from Sean McDowell’s original silhouette, with some tweaks made for playability.

This could be a welcome change for golfers who need their shoes to stand up to a day on the course. UPDATE 10/1/25: These Air Max 90s are now available on Nike.com.

Original Story 8/29/25:
The Nike Air Max 90 “Black Croc” is an elegant take on the retro runner.

Decorative croc-embossed leather sheathes the mudguard for an instant touch of luxury. Black tones carry through on the eyestays, heel badge, outsole, and midsole wedge for a clean finish.

Tumbled white leather on the toe box and collar breaks up the darkness of the upper. Neutral “Fossil” tones drape the quarter panel, while the Swoosh is a darker “Desert Khaki.” Creamy-toned “Sail” makes an appearance across the tongue, insoles, and premium leather tongue tag. That combination of neutral tones makes this sneaker design refined and versatile.
