Nike Air Rift “Light British Tan” Steps Into Luxury

Nike transforms the Air Rift “Light British Tan” from trail runner to something that would be at home on a dress shoe.

The Fall 2025 drop reinvents the split-toe silhouette in a more formal context with the British Tan model clad in luxurious leather with brogue-inspired stitching and perforations that hark back to more classic design.

The upper trades nylon construction for double leather straps and metal buckles for a higher-end, more fashion-forward vibe. Olive green insoles provide a little contrast, while a chunky rubber sole and prominently embroidered “AIR” logo ensure the performance DNA is still present and correct.

The Nike Air Rift “Light British Tan” releases Fall 2025 on Nike.com and select retailers for $145 USD.

Nike Air Force 1 Low Goes For A Monochrome “Vachetta Tan” Look

The Nike Air Force 1 Low “Vachetta Tan” is a minimalist take on the high-end AF1.

Shiny beige suede covers every inch of the shoe. This is no ordinary pair, though. The most obvious difference is the absence of the Nike Air logo on the heel tab. That’s an easy mark of this iteration’s more refined, boutique quality that AF1 devotees will recognize immediately.

But the classic AF1 cues are still there, including the embroidered tongue tag, the mini Swoosh at the base of the lace system, and the sculpted “AIR” text on the midsole. It’s a straightforward yet luxurious rework of the OG Air Force 1.

The Nike Air Force 1 Low “Vachetta Tan” will be available Fall 2025 on Nike.com and select retailers.

Crafted in black suede with hundreds of Swarovski crystals meticulously applied by hand, this shimmering collaboration is a bridge between racing legacy and high fashion. Each Swarovski crystal adds texture and sparkle, elevating a performance icon into a luxury staple. The tonal laces and signature PUMA Formstrip continue the sleek aesthetic, while the white PUMA logo on the toe offers a bold pop of contrast.

Travis Barker’s Vans Old Skool “Dues Paid” Drops October 23rd

Longtime Vans aficionado Travis Barker makes his latest collaboration with the shoe brand feel more intimate than ever. With his new Travis Barker x Vans Old Skool, he reinterprets the classic black-and-white Old Skool with subtle tattoo-inspired details that tell his personal story.

Inspired by his chest tattoo, Boombox logos are stitched on the tongue. Meanwhile, barbed wire around the midsole gives a nod to the tattoo on his knee. The hand-lettered “Dues Paid” text printed on the toe boxes is a reference to his knuckle tattoo that also represents his grind and sobriety.

To mark the drop, Barker released a song of the same name and stamped his signature ransom-style logo on the heels. Photographed by Vans curator Atiba Jefferson, the accompanying campaign is the cherry on top.

The Travis Barker x Vans Old Skool “Dues Paid” will be available October 23, 2025 at Vans.com and at The Grove in Los Angeles, with 50 pairs.

Hellstar x adidas Superstar Releasing At ComplexCon Las Vegas 2025

UPDATE 10/20/25: The Hellstar x adidas Superstar is set to launch at ComplexCon Las Vegas 2025 on Saturday, October 25th.

Original Story 9/8/25:
The Hellstar x adidas Superstar is a collaboration that brings flames, graphics, and showstopping details to an iconic silhouette.

Hellstar is a streetwear brand that launched in 2020 in Los Angeles. Since then, the brand has attracted a roster of celebrity fans and put out garments that are maximalist to say the least. Names like Kai Cenat, Lil Uzi Vert, and Metro Boomin have all rocked Hellstar in public. Hellstar is now taking their brand to the next level by debuting their take on a true adidas classic: the Superstar.

There’s no playing it safe on this Superstar. The entire sneaker is engulfed in flames that run along the midsole and upper. Thick stitching and uncut eyestays give the shoe an undone look, which Hellstar balances with a distressed face graphic on the heel. Smoky details line the shell toe and outsole. Hellstar doesn’t skimp on the branding either, as the laces are wrapped in the brand’s signature spell-out design. Hellstar also placed a custom logo on the tongue, a real honor because adidas only reserves that spot for its most high-profile collaborations. In other words, you can expect this Hellstar x adidas Superstar to make some serious noise.

Hellstar sneakerheads may have even seen this collaboration coming. Over the last few seasons, adidas sneakers have shown up in the brand’s lookbooks quite a bit. But what’s interesting about this drop is that Hellstar also sent its community a sneak peek of the collab on Discord. From there, teaser posts began popping up all over the brand’s social media accounts.

While there’s no release date for the Hellstar x adidas Superstar, it’s clear that an official announcement is just around the corner. The collab has all the makings of a major release, and will certainly be one of the most unique Superstars in years.

A Soft, textured suede wraps around the upper. Glossy heel tabs and an embossed Nike Air logo add subtle shine. While the puffed Swoosh offers a dimensional touch and detail to this sneaker.

Jordan Trunner O/S “Psychic Blue” Expands Jordan Brand’s Lifestyle Lineup

UPDATE 10/20/25: The Jordan Trunner “Psychic Blue” is now available on Nike.com.

Original Story 9/25/25:
Jordan Brand’s product portfolio is set to expand into the back end of 2025 with the addition of new silhouettes outside of the basketball archive. The Jordan Trunner O/S is one such addition, as an updated version of the original Trunner family, Michael Jordan’s first off-court sneaker collection.

Featuring Jordan’s now-signature layered suede mudguard, perforated mesh upper, and a moulded midsole for all-day comfort, the Trunner O/S is a recognizable modern take on an OG line. A TPU cage across the midfoot area harks back to the original Trunner silhouette, making for a performance inspired take on a lifestyle sneaker, a standout in a landscape full of Jordans.

Coupled with the technical design, the “Psychic Blue” colorway is a cool-toned, contrast-focused look. A University Blue mesh upper and Neutral Grey suede overlays are offset by black accents and Swooshes. Asymmetric reflective detailing and chunky outsole design round out the sneaker. The sporty yet wearable design language appears to be a strong direction for Jordan Brand.

The Jordan Trunner O/S “Psychic Blue” releases October 20, 2025 at select Jordan Brand retailers and Nike.com. The retail price tag is set at $115 USD.

The Air Jordan 1 Mid Gets Metallic Blue Finish

UPDATE 10/20/25: The “Metallic Blue” Jordan 1 Mid is now available on Nike.com.

Original Story 9/2/25:
The Air Jordan 1 Mid “Metallic Blue” is a reminder that Jordan Brand can still make sneakerheads excited in an age of Mid overload. With seemingly countless Mid releases each year, a sense of freshness and surprise is harder to come by. But that’s what this sneaker provides, as its metallic sheen and reflective accents are matched by details that add depth to its design.

Jordan Brand channels the freshness first with a cobalt upper with metallic sheen. It’s eye-catching but never feels gimmicky or over the top. A quilted collar with X-stitching channels premium-textile aesthetics and recalls the type of luxe details seen on A Ma Maniére collabs. Silver marled laces complete the design and offer an additional dose of refinement, keeping this sneaker feeling like more of a special GR, rather than a basic silhouette. Vintage heads may also see a connection to the “Anodized” Jordan line from the 2010s. In any case, the softer and muted tones of this colorway and vintage-inspired midsole create a design that doesn’t feel too matchy or overt for today.

This colorway is a nod to the power of the little things. Sometimes, an Air Jordan 1 Mid can feel lost under the glaring presence of a High and Low. This Mid injects character without going over the top. It’s loud enough to be noticed but not so much that it isn’t functional as a daily shoe. This is the type of design mentality that sneaker enthusiasts love.

The Air Jordan 1 Mid “Metallic Blue” drops October 20, 2025 at select Jordan Brand retailers and Nike.com.

Anthony Edwards’ adidas AE 2 Comes Ready For Christmas Day

adidas is getting festive with Anthony Edwards’ latest signature shoe — the adidas AE 2 “Christmas”. Dropping just ahead of the NBA’s December 25th showdown between the Timberwolves and Nuggets, this release blends performance design with playful holiday spirit.

The most notable part of the “Christmas” release is, of course, the split red and green treatment. Popularly associated with the holiday, the red out-and-green medial side features against a black base and a mirrored toe cap. adidas doesn’t stop there, as they continue the red and green motif to the transparent outsole, resulting in a sneaker that’s half red and half green. Visually fun, yet still serious on the hardwood.

The AE 2 was released in response to the popularity of the AE 1, as well as the continued development of Edwards as a player and sneaker ambassador. While the silhouette and sculpted side rails are similar to the first model, this iteration is now more comfortable and feature Lightstrike cushioning and abrasion-resistant traction for dynamic moves. Important features for anyone who’s serious about balling on the hardwood, no matter the time of year.

With its bold colors and performance-ready design, the AE 2 “Christmas” captures the balance between showtime energy and elite function — a signature Anthony Edwards combination.

adidas Anthony Edwards 2 “Blue Fusion” Releases October 25th

Anthony Edwards and adidas Basketball are keeping the momentum rolling with the adidas AE 2 “Blue Fusion”. After the strong debut of the AE 1, this second chapter marks the evolution of Edwards’ signature line — faster, sleeker, and loaded with energy.

The “Blue Fusion” model commands the spotlight. Deep blue hues embrace a contemporary, multidimensional upper constructed from engineered mesh and synthetic panels, providing both breathability and structure. Black and neon green accents create a striking contrast, while the angular midsole and cut-out detailing add an extra layer of dynamism and suggest speed and power. This is the sort of visual game that Edwards’ electrifying play on the court.

The AE 2 introduces refinements born from player feedback — a V-split collar for better ankle mobility and a sock-like neoprene bootie for locked-in comfort. The midsole is a lightweight foam cushioning underfoot and meets a fresh traction pattern made for quick cuts and effortless transitions. adidas has even included carbon-fiber-style heel support for added stability on the game’s most explosive plays.

Edwards has exuded a new-school confidence since his NBA rookie season, and his debut signature line is a no-fear extension of that. From the AE 1 to the AE 2, the story is clear — performance meets personality.
