Devin Booker’s newest signature colorway, the Nike Book 1 “Solar Red”, pays an obvious homage. Similar to the previous “Neon” iteration, the Book 1 channels the Air Max 95 OG “Solar Red” with an updated spin that still feels true to the narrative.

Gradient grey overlays pay tribute to the iconic sneaker while Solar Red accents on the lining, tongue branding, and mini Swoosh nod to Booker’s game-changing potential. Black complements the midsole for a grounded look, while performance mesh and leather detailing balances street-ready style with high-level functionality. Retro DNA and future-forward execution combine to make this a key pair in Booker’s collection.

Nike has been strategic about the release timeline for this collection. Booker’s original Book 1 “Neon” model dropped nearly two years after the debut release, alongside the Air Max 95 “Neon.” This time around, Nike is dropping them back-to-back. The black nubuck and mesh upper gives the shoe a stealthy vibe, emphasizing the sculpted midsole. Accents of Gamma Blue can be found on the Jumpman logos, heel branding, and translucent outsole. That icy sole will even glow green under low light conditions for a modern touch that fans will love.

Nike will take its technology into the future yet again with the release of the Nike Mind 002 sometime early next year in January 2026. The line was previously launched with the Mind 001 model, and continues to focus on taking elements from neuroscience and using it to create something that not only looks different, but feels different when it comes to the experience of wearing a shoe.

The ten-year-in-the-making Mind line is the footwear brand’s vision on footwear for the future. Every shoe in the line is made up of 22 individual foam nodules that make up the outsole, and is meant to encourage a barefoot experience. Every nod on the outsole interacts with the sensory receptors on the bottom of the foot to promote natural movement. As technology created by the Nike’s Mind Science Department in collaboration with the brand’s Sports Research Lab, the Mind line has been designed by a team that believes performance is how an athlete feels.

Eric Avar, Nike’s VP and Creative Director of Innovation, states, “We have one very simple intention, and that is to reawaken the foot, the body and the mind.” We are introduced to a seamless synergy of design and science. The Mind 002 embodies fluidity in its structure, nudging its wearers toward balance and mindfulness with each step they take. Visually, its bubbly outsole design hints at a playful, experimental spirit while keeping a sleek, wearable profile.

Nike’s early notes confirm the debut colorway will feature a striking Green Glow/Black scheme. Most of the upper is covered in the vibrant green shade, with black accents framing the design. The look feels like a nod to the Boston Celtics, giving fans a colorway that connects directly to Tatum’s team.

All of them offer a different atmosphere, but the tan colorway is definitely my favorite with the most wearable color balance. The sneaker removes the typical “Nike Air” heel logo and “AF-1” lace dubrae for a cleaner, more low-key look. It’s a minimalist spin that veteran AF-1 fans will love.

The leather is also a little thicker and more tumbled compared to regular GR pairs, a detail collectors will appreciate right away. Even the thinner laces contribute to the elevated feel, giving this all-grey sneaker a more polished, tonal look.

BAPE is back with a new capsule, and it’s another bangin’ one. Kicking off their ComplexCon 2025 capsule with a Las Vegas-inspired collection, the line is focused on nightlife and casino themes.

Emblazoned with oversized graphics of APE HEAD silhouettes in pink, blue, yellow, and green neon hues, the Bape STA showcases a classic black base. BAPE offsets this with white STA logos and sleek metal lace locks to give the silhouette a polished touch, while still paying homage to the brand’s luxe streetwear aesthetic.

Shark Hoodies and Baby Milo tees in matching colorways also accompany the sneakers. The tees come printed with Joker cards and ace symbols, while all of the pieces maintain the brand’s playful spirit of coalescing pop art with streetwear culture.

UNDERCOVER x OTW by Vans Collection Releases October 29th

OTW by Vans bridges skate culture and the world of contemporary art with the release of a new capsule collection in collaboration with Japanese design collective UNDERCOVER. Renowned for his unique and counter-cultural designs, Jun Takahashi once again leads UNDERCOVER with two imaginative takes on Vans’ iconic footwear that encapsulate the rogue spirits of both labels in an ultra-limited edition collection.

Drawing inspiration from the surreal sketches of Spanish artist and former police officer Josep Baqué, the first iteration of the Old Skool 36 is filled with otherworldly imagery. The early-20th-century drawings were inspired by Baqué’s curious, fantastical creatures which – unbeknownst to the public until recently – he created by splicing elements of human and animal features. Baqué’s surreal sketches of bizarre animal-human hybrids now appear across the canvas uppers to great effect.

Elsewhere on the collection, Jun Takahashi pays homage to Jack Russell Terriers on the Era 95. Characterized by his own hand-drawn motifs of the playful pups, the lovable dogs act as a counterpoint to the more powerful Old Skool 36. The whimsical embroideries are inspired by Takahashi’s own personal experiences and narrate a softer, more emotive story.

The collection also sees both pairs sharing co-branded midsoles and being finished with premium materials.

With the 2025–26 college basketball season tipping off soon, Nike is ensuring its programs stand out on the hardwood. Following Duke’s custom Kobe 5 reveal, LSU’s women’s team has unveiled their exclusive Nike Ja 3 “LSU Tigers” PE — and it’s pure heat.

Ja Morant’s third signature shoe features LSU pride, with purple and gold blocking to represent the school’s spirit. The knit upper comes in a tiger-stripe pattern, nodding to the team’s aggression. LSU branding can be seen on the midsole under a golden “A,” completing the “JA” mark below the Swoosh.

Jordan Brand is adding a bold new look to its Holiday 2025 lineup with the upcoming Air Jordan 11 “Rare Air”.

Featuring a White leather upper, the model is accented by a high-cut Deep Royal Blue patent leather mudguard, with Fire Red accents, including a Red Jumpman logo on the collar and eyelets that spell out “JORDAN.” Underfoot, the silhouette is decked out with a Sail midsole and Muslin-tinted translucent outsole.

The “Rare Air” is the next major iteration of the Jordan 11 to release, following the highly anticipated return of the Gamma Blue 11s, offering more colorways in one of Jordan Brand’s most coveted silhouettes.
