PUMA Hoops and New York Knicks Stars of past and present, Walt Clyde Frazier, RJ Barrett, and Kevin Knox officially unveiled the Clyde Hardwood sneakers in NYC last night.

Inspired by the original PUMA Clyde sneakers that Frazier wore on the court in the 70s, and joining the brand’s iconic Clyde franchise, the Clyde Hardwood boasts an OG look paying tribute to PUMA’s rich sports heritage while designed with a lifestyle-first inspired construction. Updated to include today’s latest performance technology, the result is a perfect hybrid shoe, designed to be worn seamlessly on and off the court.

The Clyde Hardwood launch comes ahead of the start of the upcoming season and on the heels of the brand’s announcement of their latest player signee to the PUMA Hoops’ star-studded NBA roster, RJ Barrett. Players will debut the Hardwood sneakers on-court at the start of the NBA season on October 22nd.

To go along with the Air Force 1, Nike will also be celebrating Mexico’s annual Day of the Dead holiday (Spanish: Día de Metros), with a special-ediiton Air Max 95.

This offering of the Nike Air Max 95 comes with White, cracked leather, and a Teal hue on its panels with muted “Day of the Dead” graphics. Rough Black leather overlays with matching embroidered Swoosh logos and branded heel tabs that also comes with speckled laces. Special skull graphic on the insole and inside of the tongue tag add to the celebration of the holiday.
