Kanye West continues to stay in the headlines, but this time it has nothing to do with politics as Ye gives us a preview look at unreleased Yeezy footwear designs.

Standing out amongst the pairs shown is a Yellow-colored adidas Yeezy Boost 700 model aka “Yellow Wave Runners”, and a first look at what Kanye claims is an upcoming Derrick Rose collaborative “Yeezy x D Rose” sneaker. There are also two clog-styled models, one in White and the other dipped in Yellow.

Sneaker Talk: Nike SB Dunk High “Send Help”

The Nike SB Dunk High “Send Help” released back in October 2006 designed by Todd Bratrud, an artist known for his skateboard graphics, especially for Consolidated Skateboards.

Dressed in a Black, White, and Blue Reef color scheme. This Nike SB Dunk High features a White leather toe box and Swooshes paired with an all-suede upper in Black and Blue. A White mesh tongue, matching midsole atop a Blue rubber outsole and an insole graphic illustrated by Bratrud of a skeleton and a banner stating “Send Help” completes the design.

Better Air Jordan 1: “Travis Scott” or “Dior”

Michael Jordan’s favorite signature shoe, the Air Jordan 1, has been involved with some of the hottest collaborations over the past few years.

Back in 2019, Travis Scott dropped his Air Jordan 1 that came constructed in premium Sail leather and Dark Mocha nubuck with Black accents. Each pair is completed with Scott’s “face” logo embossed on the heels and a “Cactus Jack” logo on the right insole.

During Summer 2020, the Dior x Air Jordan 1 debuted that was produced in Italy released in extremely limited quantities. This was the first ever collaboration between Dior and Jordan Brand. Dressed in a similar color blocking as the original “White/Grey” Air Jordan 1 from 1985, the shoe comes with embroidered monogram Swooshes, “Air Dior” Wings logo on the collar atop icy Blue branded translucent outsoles.

While Nike has gifted the 2020 EYBL athletes an exclusive “Tie-Dye” pair of the Kobe 5 Protro EYBL even though the league has been cancelled due to COVID-19, it now appears that there is a “Forest Green” colorway scheduled to release to the public.

Dressed in a Forest Green, Metallic Red Bronze, and Speed Yellow color scheme. This Nike Kobe 5 Protro features an upper mostly covered in Dark Green with Bronze Swooshes on the sides and branding tongues with the EYBL logo appearing on the left. Yellow lining, Peach heels, graphic insoles atop a White sole completes the design.

The Nike Kobe 5 Protro “Lakers” aka “5x Champ” colorway was debuted on-court by Anthony Davis during All-Star Weekend.

This “Lakers” inspired offering of the Nike Kobe 5 Protro features a Court Purple synthetic upper paired with Black detailing throughout and University Gold trimming. Other details includes a snakeskin patterned on the Black heel counter with Metallic Silver Kobe branding on the tongues. A White midsole atop an icy translucent outsole and Lakers-themed graphic insoles completes the design.

The Zoom Kobe 5 Protro “5x Champ” reinterprets the championship-themed jackets gifted to Kobe after his second and third titles. The shoe retains its patented leather finish dressed in purple and black with gold accents. The Zoom Air unit and icy sole are complemented by an insole that features a “5-Star” graphic print.

UPDATE 4/1: It should come to no surprise that Nike has postponed the release of the “Lakers” Kobe 5 Protro. An official date has yet to be announce. Stay tuned for updates.

This offering of the Nike Air Max 90 features a White leather base with Grey leather overlays covered in Red camouflage along with denim on the lower eyestay and mudguard. Olive laces, Red in the rear atop a Black and Gum rubber outsole completes the design.

Nike will be expanding their Space Hippie lineup with more colorways of the Space Hippie 04.

The shoe is made of at least 25% recycled material by weight, which is the lightest model from the collection and also has the lowest carbon footprint. This offering features a Red “Space Waste Yarn” upper with Grey appearing on the medial, which includes about 75% recycled content by weight-made from recycled plastic bottles, t-shirts and yarn scraps. adidas Originals has dropped two new NND R1 color option paying homage to Tokyo once again.

One pair features a White mesh upper with Red contrasting accents, White EVA insert overlays atop a White Boost midsole. The other sports a Black upper with White detailing, Black EVA insert overlays atop a Black Boost midsole. Both are completed with leather heel tabs that read “Tokyo” branding as well as Japanese writing on the lateral midsole.
