Pharrell Reveals Upcoming adidas Hu Releases

Pharrell Williams and adidas Originals will be launching a brand new Hu lineup for the Fall/Winter season.

Recently, he shared a preview photo of his upcoming lineup on IG, as he gifted Migos member Quavo several pieces from his new collection. This capsule includes 10 vibrant colorways of the adidas NMD Hu as well as a pair of the Crazy BYW offerings. Not shown here is the “Black/White” and “Chocolate” makeups.

Converse Reveals A-COLD-WALL Capsule Collection

A-COLD-WALL Converse Chuck 70 ERX Release Date

Converse and Samuel Ross, founder of A-COLD-WALL* (ACW) have officially confirmed their capsule collection.

After debuting on the runway last June during A-COLD-WALL*’s SS20 menswear presentation, the capsule collection – comprised of two unique articulations of Converse footwear (the Chuck Taylor All Star Lugged and ERX) and two uniquely devised track suits.

The designs follow ACW’s hallmarks, asymmetry, material exploration and subdued color, and in honoring Converse’s heritage, Ross ties a thread through from childhood to the maturation of his brand.

With the Chuck Taylor All Star Lugged, Ross translates his personal Black British Caribbean experience, Converse’s history and his design sensibilities to find a new, rugged form for the shoe.

“One of my earliest memories of Converse is owning a pair of navy All Stars at age 14,” Ross recalled. “I was traveling to the Caribbean a lot and took those shoes on numerous hikes and across mountain trails. So, the experience of my childhood affected this idea of changing the All Star into something that is more hard-wearing. You have a mix of cultural experience overlaid with A-Cold-Wall*’s opinion on how footwear should operate.”

Jordan Brand is set launch an all-new Air Jordan 13 “Lucky Green” colorwway during the month of September 2020.

Dressed in a White, Black, and Lucky Green color scheme. This Air Jordan 13 will look similar to Ray Allen’s Air Jordan 13 “Three Point Record” PE from 2011. It features a White leather base with Green suede overlays paired, Black detailing and 3M reflective hints along the piping.

Nike Confirms Denham Air Max 1 Release Date

DENHAM Nike Air Max 1 CW7603-400 Release Date Price

Amsterdam-based jeanmaker DENHAM and Nike have teamed up to release an upcoming Air Max 1 collaboration that’s rumored to be limited to only 6,800 pairs.

DENHAM the Jeanmaker was founded in Amsterdam in 2008 by Jason Denham, an English jeanmaker who is obsessed with creating premium quality denim.

This edition of the Nike Air Max 1 comes constructed in a mix of premium suede and leather with denim on the forefoot. While majority of the upper is done in a Blue/Indigo tones, other details include White laces, leather interior and midsole, Khaki-colored tongue labels and heels with Red contrasting accents. “DENHAM The Jean Maker” is printed inside along with the familiar DENHAM and Nike logos appearing on the insoles. A Gum rubber outsole completes the design.

Concepts Vans Mohair Sk8-Hi Slip-On Release Date

Concepts and Vans are collaborating once again on a new collection that pays homage to the 1970s punk scene, a cultural movement that celebrated individuality and self-expression, but also inspired change.

The collaboration includes the Vans Sk8-Hi and Classic Slip-On, both executed with Multicolored Mohair, which the boutique said was the first time it was done on Vans shoes. Because of the unique patterns that Mohair creates, no two pairs will be the same. The Sk8 Hi will drop in a Purple Plumeria and Multicolor colorway, while the Classic Slip-On available in will arrive in a Black Marshmallow color scheme.

Aside from the footwear, this Concepts x Vault by Vans “World’s End” collection includes a collaborative t-shirt and a fleece crew neck.

Jordan Brand Reveals Exclusive Air Jordan 5 and Max 200 For Their MLB Roster

Dexter Fowler of the St. Louis Cardinals received a limited edition (1 of 12) Air Jordan 5 that was made exclusively for Jordan Baseball Athletes.

This edition of the Air Jordan 5 features a canvas upper detailed with Navy trim and Red branding on the tongues and heels. “JRDN BSBL” and “10 of 12” patches on the inner tongue completed with pre-yellowed netting, eyestays and soles completes the design.

UPDATE 9/10: Following an exclusive look from Dexter Fowler, Jordan Brand has officially revealed the Air Jordan 5 as well as a first look at the Max 200. Both pairs were designed exclusively for the brands MLB roster and will not release to the public.

The Jordan Max 200 uses Wolf Grey, Valor Blue, College Navy, White and Volt with hits of Tiger Camo. Each pair is highlighted by a shield on the heel that reads “WE ARE XII” to represent the 11 active players and recently retired CC Sabathia, who was present during the design workshop. Additional details include player initials and a number representing their seniority in the exclusive group.

In honor of the silhouette’s 30th anniversary, the Jumpman baseball family was gifted a new twist on the Air Jordan 5. This colorway takes inspiration from vintage wool baseball jerseys and uses University Red, Black, Fossil, Sail and Gum Light Brown. Other design highlights include aged details, felt-like piping, a sunflower seed graphic on the insoles, individually numbered inner tongue stitching and a Jordan script on the heel that nods to classic baseball jersey fonts.

Reebok and Los Angeles creative collective Brain Dead reveal their FW20 collaboration featuring Reebok’s classic Beatnik and Pump Court silhouettes.

The footwear was previewed this week in Brian Dead’s visual campaign produced by L.A.-based artistic studio SUPERDOOM, fabled researcher and historian Solomon Wright has discovered two ancient artifacts – the historic Beatnik (“The Key”) and Pump Court (“The Battery”) – unlocking a door to interdimensional travel.
