New York Knicks guard Jalen Brunson debuted the Nike Kobe 6 Protro “Statue of Liberty” player exclusive during the 2025 Eastern Conference Finals. Representing one of New York City’s most iconic landmarks, the Statue of Liberty, Nike will now be releasing this special colorway on a commercial basis.

Styled in a hyper turquoise upper to match the oxidized color of the Statue of Liberty, the Kobe 6 Protro also features metallic copper accents on the heel to finish off the nod to the landmark’s patinaed material. This special colorway of the Kobe 6 Protro pairs Zoom Air cushioning with a marbled outsole for use both on the court and on the streets.

Made originally as a player exclusive for Brunson, this colorway became highly coveted throughout the basketball and sneaker world. Caving to the hype, Nike has announced a retail release will be forthcoming.
